McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten at McDonald’s. First, the lady in the drive thru seemed to hate her life, let alone job. Second, when we got to the first window, a car pulled in front of us and my husband informed the woman, so they were aware. She pretty much ignored him and told him his total. He did tap to pay and received the checkmark on his screen. He moved to the next window, and she yelled something out the window, which we couldn’t hear and chased us to the next window. Trust me, we weren’t trying to get free food, we’re honest people. My husband handed the woman his phone so he could use tap to pay and 2 minutes later the woman came back to say “can you bring it up again?” I just handed them cash, because at that point, we had an appointment to get to 2 hours away and needed to be done in the drive thru. During the visit, they asked us what we ordered three times—as aww used the mobile app, they could have asked my name and remembered it.

Yummmmmm when they get the order right, which isn't too often. Seems like I have to pull up & wait on my food everytime & when they bring it out, there is something missing or fixed wrong 9 out of 10 times. I pay for extra shredded lettuce on my burgers & at least there is a few shredds on there then. Ask for extra tarter sauce on a fish fillet & they drown it but if I don't get extra there won't be any on it. Always Ask for fries with no salt & get lately salted fries sometimes, other times they are covered in salt. Ask for lately salted fries & get old over salted fries all the time. I always order sweet tea light ice & it will have no ice, get normal ice & it is jam full of ice. 90% of the time the ice cream machine is down so I can't get a cone or sundea or milkshake. The food is always so sloppy put together anymore cause all they care about is being fast fast fast. I don't know if all the McDonalds are like that now but this 1 sure is. This place’s a mess all around. It’s hit or miss no matter the day. Employees are almost always ignoring everyone who comes in, even if you wait at the counter for literal minutes they’ll look at you and say absolutely nothing. No “someone will be with you in a minute” or “hi, how are you?”Just nothing. They don’t even do anything either, they just stand around and talk so they aren’t even occupied. Last night I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese and not only did it not have the extra cheese I paid for, the patties tasted disgusting. They tasted burnt and one of them actually was a bit overcooked, I couldn’t even eat it. Some employees are extremely loud and genuinely do too much. Not a good look. Also one time I ordered on the app and had someone pick the order up, they never made it and didn’t even know the order was placed. Ridiculous. All in all this place is okay for a quick order in and out, but y’all need to do better. Where’s the hospitality? Where’s the courtesy?
