First off, it is McDonalds. The food is usually just about how you expect it. The service at this location is very hit or miss, but as I tend to order mobile I know the wait time can be horrible for mainly two reasons. 1) kids these days don't typically care to show a work ethic, and 2) the few good folks they hire and keep are not always on shift or else they will burn out fast while others will start and quit very quickly. The manager this evening was flustered but a breath of fresh air from other management. While i was waiting for my order by the counter, she was very up front and polite to say that it is her first time on the night shift, the kids who were on shift weren't fully trained to handle the workload, and two others called out (see reason 1 as stated earlier). She kept those who were waiting calm and updated and still kept things in order with good timing (she deserves a raise). Lastly, rhe environment at the newly renovated mcdonalds locations are depressing. They got rid of the drink fountains and there is not much seating. The lobbies these days are far cries from McDonalds' hay day. My closing statement, especially as we go into the holidays and the increased pressures of the season as everyone goes out for extended shopping trips and a bite to eat, please carry a bit more patience. It is easy to get frustrated with slow drive thrus, but just imagine how frustrating it is for the few workers trying to keep the kitchens together as hires come and go, call out, and the lines back up during the two major meal times of the day. Treat people kindly and spread smiles where stress tends to be more common. The world has been moving far too quickly and so has our expectations on society. Slow down and take a moment. Be understanding of the good workers who are doing there jobs to the best of their...
Read moreIf i could your site a 0 i would. The food was cold, the buns were stale and the Manger was rude. Upon receiving the crappy did we were served we complained abs asked for fresh. After 15 minutes of waiting and no fresh i stood at the counter for another 5 minutes while i was ignored. I was advised that they were too busy to get us fresh, we had already gotten our food and that they couldn't be expected to provide hot food all the time. When i asked to speak to the managers boss he yelled into the back and i said i was wanting to complain and that we wye nothing but trouble. So i told him if he wanted to be like that we wouldn't be back. The manager replied food he was tired of dealing with us. My father returned the tray of cold food and asked for the owners number. The manager yelled across the restaraunt again calling the purge manager up stating " i need you to cone deal with this" no one came. My father called to other manager in the back and said he needed to talk to her now. The first manager advised him that they were busy and that they were tired of dealing with him. My father stayed in the customer, the customer matters. He was told that when the customer complains they become irrelevant and that he needed to just leave. The second manager came up and handed my father the owners number wrote on a napkin. My patents go to this restaraunt several times a week and have only requested that the fries by made fresh so that they are hot. They don't mind waiting the time it takes. This is the first time i have ever complaint at the restaraunt and to be treated the way i was is appauling. I hope that guy loses him hob. You never yell at our...
Read moreWORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!! That's really saying something to earn that title. You'll sit in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. At night the staff just decides to close early on their own. One night I got there an hour before closing. I waited 20 minutes just to get up to the menu to order, because they only served two cars during this time. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. They finally asked me what I wanted. I told them I had an online order to pickup. They immediately responded that they were closed. They went from "what can I get you" to "we're closed" in 5 seconds. I thought they were joking at first. Nope! They were dead serious. I went around to the window to ask what was going on. There were a bunch of kids in there just laughing. Finally the "manager" came to talk to me. She was completely disrespectful and just downright rude. She explained that they were closing early because they had kids that weren't supposed to be working that late. So they can work until 11:30 but not 12:00? I mean come on. I expressed my disappointment and drove off. As I was pulling away one of them yelled and called me a F@GG0T. I have a pride flag on my car and speak a certain way, so they were clearly targeting me with their homophobia. Just an absolute awful place run...
