Worst experience ever! Rude ass employees and they gaveme the wrong food which by the way was cold. They lied to me when I was placing my order and told me the ice cream machine was down. When i went back around to ask for the order to be corrected and for hot food they passed a mcflurry out the window to the car ahead of me. Since I was already back in line to have to ask for my food to be corrected I was going to add a sandwich on at the same time but every time I tried to ask for the sandwich the guy in drive thru cut me off and walked away. I spent a while hour in drive thru total and when when I got the food back it was still cold. I tried calling and asking for a manager 3 times and every time I called they hung up on me.I'm so pissed off and disappointed as well as disgusted. I will Never return nor encourage anyone else to spend their money at this location. Go to the one on Goose Creek Blvd. They are kinder and will correct your order if it isn't right. You might have to wait a little bit bc of high volume but you will get better customer service as well as thr right food. I should have went there instead but since I was on my home from work and was already on this end I chose to stop here. Biggest mistake. Never ever again...
Read moreI don't eat McDonald's food, and haven't in many years. It's disgusting and not good. But a friend suggested we meet for coffee so we met here. It was 10:30am on a Saturday so they were fairly busy, but I used the kiosk to place my order. It asked for a table number, and ours was 111, so that's what I put in. But the kiosk wouldn't accept my card so I had to pay at the counter. I stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes waiting, but nobody looked my way. There were 2 or maybe 3 employees just throwing bags on the counter and calling out order numbers. Eventually, one looked my way and I got her to take my payment. I was handed a receipt that said my order was #142 so I waited...and waited...and waited...probably another 2-3 minutes for nothing more than 2 cups of coffee. An employee put two cups of coffee down, called out "141! Order 141!" and disappeared. I waited a moment or two, and then looked at the tag just out of curiosity. It showed order 142, table 111, and ITEM NUMBER 141. What the hell kind of system is that? I won't...
Read moreGenuinely terrible management and customer service. We ordered one sandwich without cheese and they gave us a sandwich with cheese, then we discovered our other sandwich was hard as a rock. When it was taken inside to be remade, the manager (Amber) took the sandwich without so much as eye contact and the staff had to be prompted to actually remake the sandwich. After calling to get further imformation about the managers on duty this morning and when the store manager would be available, we were hung up on. When we finally got ahold of a second manager (who failed to identify herself), she gave us the run around and promised to "make sure" the store manager was informed and that there was no need to contact corporate, as they don't have anything to do with this store. Then she hung up on us as well. I know better than to expect excellence in fast food, but perhaps they could at least employ people with functional brain stems...
