I came here on March 27 at around 830 and whoever made my order messed it up really bad so I called in and asked them to fix it and give me a replacement the next time I came in since I donât live close but I do work around that area and the manager said not a problem and he took my name and said he was going to write it down and next time I come in just give the manager on shift my name and I would get a free meal to make up for the one that I gotten screwed up so I came back on my lunch break with my friend and spoke to a manager who was very rude named Amber and she accused me of lying saying that if this was true, the manager on shift wouldâve written it down in a book itâs not my fault that he didnât write it down. I still shouldâve gotten what was owed to me, but I said, forget it ordered the same thing again and my food was correct this time but Amber was very rude and then my friend had placed a mobile order and it took a while for someone to come out to us so we called in and spoke to Amber again and again she was very rude when my friend mentioned that she had placed a mobile order Amber immediately said we donât do mobile ordering so my friend mentioned we were sitting outside for curbside pick up (the signs literally says MOBILE ORDERING CURBSIDE PICK UP) and finally someone came out to give her her food when I asked what the shift managers name was because Amber had not given me her name the worker got pretty confrontational and was also rude. Tell me why I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before I got up and asked hey whatâs going on? Another TEN MINUTES and I say hey give me a refund. All while the 7-10 staff argue about giving my food away out the drive through. Yelling at each other not a word said to me.. the only person waiting in the store. Three people came ordered and left in the time I sat there. Like I get itâs McDonaldâs but I expect even the smallest amount of effort to care about your job it is so clear they donât. I walked in and ordered 3x Vanilla cones. Initially, there was no one in the front. Everyone was in the back laughing and joking and gossiping about other people. Finally EVERYONE walks out and appears to find themselves and assess customers waiting. I was first in line waiting to be served and it took 10mins to order, pay, and receive 3 vanilla cones. Not because machines or food werenât ready but because the staff continues to discuss other business besides customer service.
Then when I finally received my cones, they were roughly poured that the last cone nearly fell over and the employees simply giggled as the situation. I was patient but very distraught at the climate and environment of this establishment.
