Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is only the second time I’ve been to this Pizza Hut, and both times were bad experiences. Last time I ordered through grubhub and they canceled my order, claiming they got it twice and would deliver through DoorDash. Delivery never came even after they insisted it would, and I had to go pick my order up. Then I had to wait even longer once I got there for them to remake it. Tonight I called in my order as a curbside pickup, paying cash (the man asked cash or card). No one on the phone told me how to check in when I got there, so I called. A girl with an attitude told me I was supposed to check in online. I said I didn’t know and she said they would bring it right out for me. That was at 9:06pm. By 9:33 no one had come out, so I called again. I was put on hold for 6 minutes with no one picking up. Mind you, the parking lot was empty and I could see employees inside, cleaning. One employee kept walking by the window and looking at my car but did nothing. I hung up from being on hold and called back, told them I was still waiting, and the woman hung up on me. I was giving them a couple more minutes before I went inside when the girl called me back and said the order wasn’t paid for and I’d have to go inside anyway. Of course the order wasn’t yet paid for - I said curbside, cash, when the order was placed. Why this girl couldn’t bother to tell me this when I first called instead of making me wait another half hour is absolutely beyond me. The man who took my order could have told me as well. These employees don’t give af and have constant attitudes. To top it off, I ordered one Buffalo chicken pizza melt with no onions and they gave me chicken and cheese with no Buffalo sauce. I...

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever eaten at and over 30 years it’s been quite a few locations spanning multiple states. The Darlington, SC location is horrible. Service, food quality, they way they treat you. Even the store itself is outdated, ran down and needs to be torn down and rebuilt with new management and Owner. I placed a delivery order on 2/21/19 at 5:51. Email said estimated time of delivery between 22-33 minutes. Which would have been great had it been true. However, an hour and 10 minutes later my food showed up. Cold and no sauce for my breadsticks! 2 liter was warm as well. I called the local store and got the run around and was hung up on. I called back and asked for a manager who was very unprofessional and then when I hung up on her. She tried calling me but I didn’t want to hear about it. So she texted me and stated since I asked for refund and had paid online ahead of time. I had to call her back and give me credit card info. I didn’t call back. Because I have had problems in the past and all she had to do was find it amongst her transactions and reverse it. I will never eat at Pizza...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Pizza Hut in the Pee Dee! Seriously, the pizza here is so good it's almost a sin! I'm talking about a quality that will make you want to slap your mama (don't worry, I won't actually do that to mine!). In a small town like Darlington, SC, we truly appreciate good food, and this Pizza Hut delivers every single time. It's become my weekday lunch spot—I order here almost every Monday through Friday! The food is always hot, fresh, and made to order, especially when I walk in. But the real star of the show is Ms. Venus. She is the absolute sweetest and is always so helpful with all the food options. Her service and smile make the drive worth it. Forget your usual spot! I'm telling you, the one on Irby Street is just terrible by comparison. Do yourself a favor, ditch that location, and drive the extra miles to this Darlington gem. You won't believe I'm saying this about a little pizza joint, but this is the Pizza Hut everyone needs to run to! I eat here so much I should get a free personal pan...
