Quaint restaurant with an English pub atmosphere serving Lowcountry-inspired cuisine and house-made ales and lagers. Opening their doors in 2007 they now serve two locations and have the title of the only brewery in the Litchfield Beach & Pawleys Island area. On tap you will find eight of their own house-made ales and lagers, which are available “to-go” in half-gallon growlers. On the menu you will find appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches and entrees of Shepherd’s Pie, Fish and Chips, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Chicken and Waffles and so much more at reasonable prices. Looking for something light we shared the nacho appetizer. Large serving of fresh tortilla chips smothered with blended cheeses, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes (red onions and jalapeños, which we had without) and for an additional charge their own black bean chili. Two of their house-made salsas and sour cream were served on the side. The food and the plate was smoking hot and the chili infused chips, cheese and fresh ingredients was worth ever bite. Side salsas and sour cream complemented the meal. Loved the appetizer, need to come back for an entree, the comfortable atmosphere and the friendly service. Kristy was our server and she was spot on. Located in the The Shoppes at Tournament Boulevard between Pizza Hut and Eggs Up Grill, just down from Lowes Foods.

Always a great happy hour spot, if you can get in! We had the notorious Fried Green Tomatoes this week, and were a little disappointed. The recipe we've become used-to had a spicy & very tasty (siracha?) sauce drizzled across the plate, and this time it was missing. After that, we ventured out a bit and tried a new dish, the $24 Shrimp & Steak Bowl, which fell a little short of "nice". The steak was perfectly cooked, but the shrimp seemed a little bland, and the problem with a steak in a "bowl" (I discovered) is the additional juice of the vegetables and other sauce that detract from a great steak taste. The added taste seemed sweet, on top of the great savory taste of the steak. Not a great combination if you're a steak lover. Still, it's nice to have options that push the boundary a bit. We'll be back.

Sadly, nothing to write home about as far as food. Steak sandwich looked promising; but without the onions, the sauce and meat were bland and flavorless. Fries were good, though. Fish taco was mostly raw cabbage with what looked like a single, deepfried, Gorton's Battered Fish Stick in each. The two salsas were OK, neither were very hot, green or red, but both had good flavor. This is so obviously just another bar pretending to have good food. It wasn't horrible, but we won't be back; there are much better, less pretentious restaurants in Murrells Inlet.

Me and my husband went today for an early dinner FIRST Time being here. We ordered the fried pickles and the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. Way WAY too many fried pickles for 2 people maybe change portion size. I ordered the Reuben Sandwich the pasta salad was amazing however NO sauerkraut at all on my sandwich even though menu said it would be on sandwich and sandwich was really REALLY bland no flavor at all. My husband ordered the Meatloaf entree. He said the meatloaf was really bland no flavor the mashed potatoes needed some kind of seasoning salt or something so bland and the succotash was just white corn with baby lima beans I even tried the succotash Im born and raised from the south the succotash NEEDED seasoning and flavor had none. Waitress Kristine was nice at first but as we got done eating never once tried to sale any desserts or cocktails or alcohol slammed the bill down and walked away. Asked if we were going to take the pickles with us and after we decided not to quickly snatched up the plate of pickles almost dropping a fork on the table. I watched a guy I assumed was maybe a manager or owner not sure he was dressed in plaid shirt and jeans walked by me and husband and never even spoke to us . the place was not that busy WILL NEVER COME BACK . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Our bill was 67.85 for what little bit we got and...

I will not return here it's not even worth giving this place a 2nd chance. Both the service and food is terrible. I was never treated this bad from a waitress before. I asked for a pretzel to start on happy hour and she kind of argued with me about it I said I just want the one it says on happy hour . Then I told her what I wanted for my meal she asked how I wanted my steak I said medium rare . She comes back a few mins later to ask again how I wanted my steak and then she said oh I told them medium basically saying that's what your getting now oh well. My friends salad came out and not my pretzel by a diff server . I waited . Well my pretzel came out the same time as the food . I had her take the food back to warm back up and have the steak redone well the steak wasn't redone she said she just put it under the heat lamp and had some lousy excuse as to why the pretzel didn't come out in time but acted like i was a nuisance because I said I asked for that as a starter she said well sometimes it's just like that. She came back and asked how my steak was and I told her it was ok and she said what's wrong and I said well it wasn't done the way I asked and it was very chewy . She mumbled a snap back comment back to me and walked away . I...
