I did not enjoy my experience, I have a very big family and when I got there we did get seated, but the waitress was not attentive at all. One of my children did not like his food, so he ate some of the pizza we had gotten for the other children. Now as for me I had eaten here once before and I ordered Lazagna which is my favorite food. It did not taste good at all so, I ask the waitress if I could switch my meal as I only took 1 bite. She went to the back to tell me no I could not do this. So I said forget it. So me and my wife both agreed, that I shouldn't have to pay for a bad meal. As I ordered quite a few things and wanted this bad lasagna off my ticket. Then the waitress comes back to tell me they will let me switch my meal now. I said, I'm not interested. ( my thought process is I don't want someone making me something after they refused to do it the first time, didn't want them messing with my meal. ) So when everyone else is done eating, I go to the front and pay, including the lasagna I didn't eat. I ask to speak to the manager and want to know why they wouldn't change my meal originally. She asked me what was erong with the lasagna, I told her it wasn't good at all. Tasted like old ravioli, she told me we make our sauce fresh. I really was trying to give this business a chance to make it right. As I was extremely respectful and courteous despite, my meal and she was adament how good the lasagna is. I have not and will never go here again. Just for future reference, if someone tells you the food was not good, you shouldn't try to convince them that its is, especially if it isn't. I used to run a business for years, before I moved to Columbia, if you take care of your customers, they will be faithful patrons to your business. Read moreSadly, I should have read the reviews before ordering. We, like many others in recent months, had a bad experience when ordering delivery. We ordered around 8:45 pm. The website showed they closed at 10, so we figured this was plenty of time. At 10:00, we still didn't have our delivery, so we called the restaurant and were assured that the delivery driver would have it to us shortly. At 10:50, still no food. We called again, and the person said the driver was "on his way". At this point, she should have offered us something for our trouble - even if it was just a few free drinks. We ended up getting our order at 11:15pm....2.5 hours after we ordered - and our food was completely cold to boot. We had to reheat everything! I will say that even reheated, the food was good.....but totally not worth the almost $40 we paid for an individual/small pizza and 10 wings. I would try the food in person at the restaurant (the pizza is tasty), but definitely do yourself a favor and dine-in or pick it up yourself. Not many want to eat dinner at the same time they should be going to bed....especially at that price :( I think we can all understand staffing shortages these days; however, I would be more understanding if a restaurant were to call me and say "we know the system says your order will be there in an hour; but, right now, it's more like 2.5 hours. Would you still like your order delivered?". At least then, I have the expectation of the delay and the choice of how I'd like to proceed. This, in my opinion, would have been the best way of handling this incident and would have let me know they value me (and my time)...

I had food delivered to my home only to have the worse delivery guy. His name is Greg. After paying for our food and giving him a tip he asked if my wife and I were sisters. This wasn't the problem being that we get that all the time, then he had the audacity to ask "do lesbians dominate men in a sexual way"? My wife and I were shocked by his statement to say the least and obviously offended. Some time later my wife ordered food in hopes of getting a different delivery person. Thankfully we were greeted by a wonderful delivery woman, who's name I'll keep anonymous. I told her about the incident with the last delivery person whom she told us was Greg. She also told me that he had made similar comments to her. Again shocked, I asked if she had told management about the comments made? She said that she had but to no avail was the situation handled by the owner whom she said is named Sal. She said that the owner Sal had been notified by 6 other people who have complained about Greg and no action was taken. She said that she would tell Sal about the ordeal we faced as loyal customers. I told her that if Sal wants to he could call me and I could confirm the story I told her. She said that he will most likely get in contact with me being that these complaints could affect his money. Again to no avail have we received a call nor an apology. My family and I are dissatisfied, no longer customers and are taking action to rectify this...
