Had an almost comedically terrible experience at this Taco Bell location this evening. Initially it all went well until I had to order a take out for my family at home and waited almost a full hour for 2 soft tacos and 2 cinnamon buns. When I walked up and asked the staff the status of my order the first time they said that it would only be a couple seconds, but the second time they were much much more hateful. An employee of slim stature, dark hair, and a dark goatee walked up to us and told us (even after providing my mobile receipt) that our receipt was not valid and that he had already given us the food that we did not receive. Once I explained that we never got this food despite him possibly filling the order he said that he could not provide us with food because our claim was illegitimate. After another 5 minutes or so of arguing and me showing him that I ordered from Kiosk 2 and it was the correct address I asked to speak to a manager. The blonde long haired female manager thankfully did not waste my time or doubted my intentions (because who would wait almost an hour just to lie about an order) and got my order filled as soon as she could. I hate to say this, but this slim statured dark haired man was extremely unprofessional, confrontational and while he may work hard, he does not know how to deliver quality customer service nor speak to people in anywhere near a calm manner. I’ll be sure to follow up with corporate about this instance because wow what a story am I right! I’m sure they’d like to hear...
Read moreWe come to this location all of the time and this was by far the worst expirience. We waited for over 2 minutes just for our order to be taken ( they didnt tell us to wait or anything ) and when the order was FINALLY taken they did not apologize about the wait and they rushed us through our order. 10 minutes later we finally get to the window and the girl working the window was so incredibly rude to us. She didnt ask if we wanted sauce so we forgot It and she just kinda threw our food at us ( keep in mind through this whole expirience we are still being as kind as we can to this horrible worker ) so when we pull off I start to eat my food and the meat in my burrito tasted as tho it was scraped from the bottom of a hot pan that had been sittingthere for hours. It was kind of like eating slightly moist cardboard. I tried calling the store only 10 minutes after we left and NO ONE would pick up the phone. This is the first bad expirience we have ever had with taco bell and hopefully it will be our last. I understand being short staffed and customers having to wait for food as I work in fast food myself but there should always be a certain level of respect that the customers deserve regardless of how horrible short staffed, busy, etc.. that the store may be. I felt as though it was my job to keep your employee happy through my expirience tonight instead...
Read moreNormally my experiences are normal and this place is just like any ordinary Taco Bell. I never write bad reviews bc I think they’re unnecessary, especially bc i know what it’s like to work in fast food. My receipt says the cashier was Elizabeth A so im going to assume that is who i spoke with and who gave me my order. Anyways , she spoke so fast and cut me off and I had to let her know I also wanted something else. She seemed so annoyed over a simple mistake , like it’s not that deep at all. I got to the window and there was no kindness whatsoever. I have autism so sometimes I just blank out subconsciously and I ended sitting in the drive thru a few seconds after she handed me my stuff. But it subconsciously was because she said no goodbye , no have a great day , no nothing. Just handed me my bag. Then she opens the window again and goes “what else do you want ???!” And I realize oh , I forgot. Then I said oh im so sorry and she looks at me with the most foul face ever. Like , just have more kindness in your heart and maybe you will be good at your job. And they got my order wrong on top of that so. 🤷🏻♀️ it’s not hard to work fast food and be nice to customers. The bare...
