The Wind Down Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in Mauldin

I reserved a section for my son's birthday. I started the process a month in advance. The owner started the actual process a week or less before. I was promised a booth by DJ booth. When we arrived our booth was given to someone else. I was offered my money back or the section where owner and staff be seated. The waitress started out asking what we wanted but during the night all the ppl in the section had to go to the bar to order bc the waitress vanished. The hookah service was okay. The coals kept going out and had to keep sending for someone. The section was away from the others at the club. Nothing was offered for being overbooked. It nneds to be better services offered when ppl pay their money. I do have all the receipts to aid this post. Please do better with communication and your services. WENT TO CELEBRATE MY COUSIN'S 50TH BIRTHDAY BRUNCH. MUSIC WAS GREAT! WAITRESSES WERE TRASH 🗑️!!!!!! ORDERED 2 DRINKS AND A TEA....SHE CHARGED MY CARD OVER $30 AND DIDN'T BRING ME MY DRINKS! I HAD TO GO TO THE BAR AND GET MY OWN DRINKS MYSELF AFTER WATCHING HER WALK DRINKS TO OTHER PEOPLE MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER SITTING FOR 15 MIN SMDH AND THEN THEY WE'RE OUT OF WHAT I ORDERED (MOST LIKELY WAS OVER CHARGED ON THAT) HAD TO GET CHEAP LIQUOR....BOUGHT ANOTHER DRINK PAID $12 AND THEN ORDERED A DOUBLE AND THE BIRTHDAY LADY ANOTHER DRINK PAYING OVER $30 AGAIN AND I TIP WELL!!!!! CELEBRATING WITH MY FAMILY MADE IT GREAT❤️❣️ BUT WANT BE GOING BACK. FOOD LOOKED GOOD BUT DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING TO EAT... THANK THE LORD I PROBABLY WOULD...

The food was ok the service is not so good only because of trickery. The waiters don't explain or guide you with how the place work. Pay attention to your cards. And look at your receipts. My food was 20 bucks but the waiter rang it up as $37. And I also gave her a cash tip. I assume she thought dhe was not getting a tip so she changed it and added it herself. I let her have it because I'm blessed. I just would like to know up front what's going on. The music was a good mixture for all ages there in my opinion. The atmosphere was ok and it was Saturday.
