I have always enjoyed this deli but this is the 2nd time I feel that they were just too rude to me. The latest incident I was on my 15 minute break from work so I called ahead to ask if they were busy and to see if I could get my order pretty fast. The lady told me they could do it. When I arrived there were so many orders in front of mine. I paid for my food after ordering but since they took so long to actually fix my food, I had to run out the door to avoid being late back to work. I called to find out how I get a refund and she stated the next time I visited they would just allow me to eat at no charge. I finally revisited the deli last week to get my meal and they treated me like so rude. The only person who was nice to me was a young guy who works in the back because he always is so kind. The lady who normally helps me was especially rude man. My food was also not good at all that day, as if they wanted to make sure I knew they don't want me to return . I am highly disappointed and I feel completely disrespected by their attitudes in a place where customer service should be inviting to anyone who spends their money there. Brian was tremendously helpful as we planned the event, offering suggestions both for logistics and the menu and gladly making any adjustments based on the client's feedback. He was always gracious and willing to do whatever it took to make the client happy, and he was always conscious of the client's budget. Read moreI work in the area and frequent restaurants in this plaza for lunch. Friday 7Oct2016 was my second and last visit at the Deli. They were very busy and I understand that that creates frustration with the staff. I experienced this with one such employee who lacked patience while I tried to place my order. This was my second visit and I am not accoustomed to the menu flow and admittedly I wasnt 100% prepared to place my order. A little patience and help understanding how to order my sandwich, chips, salad, and drink would have been much more appreciated than the rude looks and short direct reply that even the person behind me noticed.
