Iâm getting very tired of the laziness and deceitfulness of the staff at this particular location. I get the same drink every single day, itâs a Venti Iced vanilla Chai with extra vanilla and chai. My order never changes. A few weeks ago I put in my order and it was made wrong. I went back inside and told them it is way too milky. When they remade it I watched them, and they were completely out of the chai, (which I could taste initially, is the point. I could taste they were low or out, but charged me for the extra amount they âput,â in) The lady said to me sheâs sorry but they are out of chai so she had to refund me since they couldnât even remake it. The same thing happened again. I went in it was made wrong, they were low (which i could taste but they charged me extra for âadding extraâ) and I couldnât believe it...the same thing happened again and they said âIâm sorry weâre out of chai.â So not only did this happen twice, but they just tried to deceive me twice and not give me the extra that I paid for twice. Iâve been so kind to this staff, always saying âno problem, itâs no big deal.â But now today is the 6th time I have gone into this store to have this, seriously, simple recipe remade due to laziness. I watched the guy remake it, and just as I tasted he was completely out of the chai and had to take 5 seconds to refill it to make my drink properly. And it was perfect. The second time was perfect. He made it just how I wanted it, which is why Iâm so upset when I went in for the 6th time now, and saw the chai was completely out and he was just being lazy. This is not a charity, Iâm not handing any of you my money, Iâm buying a product. Stop trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Stop being lazy. I work hard for my money, and no offense but your drinks are expensive.    Read moreMy family and I were staying at Ocean Lakes for the week and I needed somewhere to get a few hours of work done for my business. I found this Starbucks about 10 minutes away and got there exactly at 5 AM. A nice lady by the name of Laura was unlocking door and gave me a warm welcome as the first customer of the day! There was only one other girl working and she also made me feel extremely welcomed, loudly greeting me with a âgood morning!â From the other side of the store. I emphasize this because who in their right mind wants to make customers feel welcome at 5 AM!
Laura took my order of black coffee and made it for me fast. As I was about to go back to my seat, she wanted to know if I wanted one or two cubes of ice in it to cool it down, because black coffee is typically pretty hot to drink right away đłđ¤Ż. I must been ignorant,l because Iâve been drinking black coffee for over a decade and have always struggled with how hot it is. I have never in my right mind thought to put one or two cubes of ice in it to make it manageable. I got my work done and was able to return to my family at Ocean Lakes. I usually go to the store on 501 where the service is amazing. They are now closed for remodel and so I followed some of that staff to this store. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! Today I went to get my drink and was told by the girl taking the order, I could not have my drink in a trenta cup because that is not standard so we left. when my drink is made in a Venti like she suggested, they throw away some of it because it does not fit. When calling and requesting to speak with management, I spoke with the same girl that was taking the order. RUDE!!!!! She said whoever was making my drink was breaking the rules. STUPID Lose a $14.00 sale daily as a business in an effort to waste a drink that was paid for by a customer. I told her on the phone that I will never go to this store again.... Chrystal and the team at 501 are amazing and I love to support them, but NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT...
