Waffle House — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went to this waffle house a little after midnight (10/17/21). There was 4 people standing outside. When I walked up security said ma'am you have to wait until someone comes out but you have these guys in front of you. Ok. So, I stand there and wait about 15 minutes. One of the servers come to the door with an attitude and says whoever out here calling we not taking anymore call in orders. The guys that were there before me had already waited so long they decided not to even order. So, I get inside a different server is just standing there staring at me (didn't say anything) so I start to give her my order and this server says if you didn't call in we're not taking anymore orders tonight. Wait! This is a 24 hour establishment. Here comes the one that came to the door with an attitude...ma'am we are not taking anymore more orders tonight. I already told security. Problem is she didn't say they were shutting down/ not serving anyone else. Her statement was they were not taking anymore call in orders. My family and I went to the Waffle House on Hard Scrabble Rd Saturday evening about 6:30pm. We frequent waffle houses often, but came to this one as it was the only one serving Dine in. We walked in and all the employees were sitting at the table below with the clothes and shoes. Every table was dirty. Either still having dishes or not been wiped. THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS. It was so dirty. We asked if they would please wipe a table off and they did after standing there a few more seconds. The waitress took our drink order and came back with our drinks in styrofoam cups. No biggie. Our food came, but we still didn’t have silverware. By the time our plastic utensils came, the food was warmish, but we ate. Our drinks were never refilled, and the other tables were still dirty when we left. The girl was on a FaceTime call as we checked out. Waffle houses are not known for being clean, but this was disgusting and the employees were just hanging out with their shoes off. 2 stars cause the food was okay. Please increase your cleaning and work...

Everything was great until I stepped up front to ask a question. I stood directly in front of an employee named Kinsley & asked her a question. She completely ignored me. I stepped to the right into the payment line and at that moment Kinsley looked directly at the lady in line in front of me and spoke to her and asked her if she could get anything for her but the lady replied that she was just there to pay her bill. I asked the cashier my question who answered it immediately as one would expect and then asked her what Kinsley's name was as she was not wearing a name tag. I told her that Kinsley wasn't nice to me and she replied that Kinsley is nice to everyone. I'd just like to say that people like Kinsley give customer's a bad experience. It doesn't cost a thing to have manners and use them with everyone you interact with every day. If you can't do that then you should not be working...
