There have always been issues at this Little Caesars. I haven't wanted to say anything or make a big deal. Because... They are super close to the house and the pizza is normally good, with a few misses here and there. But, the service hasn't been up to par 99.9% of the time. Tonight was the final straw. I had a mobile order. I arrived at the window and I told the employee that I had a mobile order and he asked my name. Afterward, he told me it would be ”whatever my total was”, he actually said the amount. I was trying to tell him again that it was a mobile order. However, before I could get it out of my mouth the window closed. The entire point of a mobile order is #1 to get the freshest pizza possible and #2 it's already paid for at that point. When you make a mobile order, in order to complete it, you have to pay. Yet every time I go with a mobile order, they ask for payment. Getting back on track... Once he returned to the window he showed me the pizza. It's so dark at the drive through I can hardly see it. So, I just said it's fine. Because I've had a long day and I'm ready to get home. I get home, open the box and it looked like the pizza was cooked in hell itself (see the photo). Not only that, I looked at the label and it's not even my pizza (Again, see the photos. It obviously doesn't match my name)! So, who knows how long that pizza has been sitting in the warmer. With all of this being said... Around a year ago we ran into an issue and I completed a survey about it. I also sent an email out to the company about it... I never heard back from anyone about the issue! Again, I'm done! I'd rather go to Pizza Hut and pay the extra money. They are incompetent and the company itself could care less!
Just realized that the photo I posted of my burnt pizza has been removed from my review. Such a shady move,...
Read moreExperiences are everything, especially when you barely even go there. This place is slow, no fast and ready here. I got to the window to order something simple, specially made because I know little Ceasars has a history of giving you something 'quick and ready' which more than likely has been sitting for a while and is dried out by the time you get home. I ordered a pizza - half cheese half sausage... extra cheese and lightly cooked. I wish I could include a picture of what I received. The thing was not lightly cooked, matter of fact it was burnt. No extra cheese was on it. The guy that took my order was acting slow, I had to repeat it 3 times, he kept saying pepperoni when I said Sausage. I don't know what he wasn't comprehending about that word. Then come to find out, the manager Selena said they didn't ring me up for extra cheese., but it was on the sticker on the box saying extra cheese. I will post pictures on another review site. They ended up giving me another pizza that looked exactly the same. Even though I should have gotten my money back, I had a long day and my kids were hungry and my head was pounding. I will never ever go back there again. It was late otherwise I would have went...
Read moreOn November 3, 2021, I went online to Little Caesar on Clemson Rd for a large stuffed pepperoni pizza, regular chicken, brownies (which they didn't have in the store and was charged for it anyway,) and a 2 litter Mountain Dew. Total was over $32.00 (order #564.) Received a txt that they are out of brownies. I replied that would there be a substitution? They did not reply back. I even attempted to call the txt number but was not in service or not a working number. Later I received two txts messages that Latrice F. Is approaching. I waited for over thirty minutes and no show but it showed that my purchase was delivered but not at my address. I even included in the driver's instructions to call upon arrival. Latrice F. never called. I also called the Clemson store and they would not help me. Just dismissed my issue. Never use this store because they use Doordash and they are unreliable. I took their survey and no one has contacted me yet. They just received an involuntary donation to their store. Divide that up amongst you and enjoy. God is watching. You would take advantage of disabled people for your...
