Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

*Update 7/11: YOU CLOSE @ 9. P.M. I'm sure the owner of the establishment expects you ( the employees) to give good customer service until you actually close. Before I ordered I was told there would be a 5-10 minute wait for fresh food because they closed at 9, I respect that. There was one car before me and one after me. It was 8:45, and I was on my way to work. I really try not to stop any place that's about to close, unless I have no other options because I get it, they're ready to get out of there. WITH THAT BEING SAID, you close at 9 and regardless of how your actually feeling a smile and the appropriate pleasantries should be given to all customers. The young lady who brought the food to my car and mumbled an inaudible response to my Thank you!, and never cracked a smile ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. I came into contact with 2 other employees before her, who understood the assignment and gave good customer service. I had to pull back up to the window (sliding door), because they didn't put the Zaxbys sauce in my bag. AGAIN, the same young lady came to the window. She handed me the sauce and I said Thank you! and again nothing...no "sorry about that", "your welcome", " enjoy the rest of your night", NOTHING. And yes she was being consistent with not smiling.

Although, the one employee didn't live up to her customer service potential, I can honestly say since the last time I reviewed this Zaxbys- HWY 707, Murrells Inlet , and gave them 1 star, I haven't had a problem. So I'm upping the star power.

6 MONTHS AGO: I'v gotten food from this location plenty of times since it opened and never had a problem until tonight. I ordered a grilled cob salad with no cheese. I got a cob salad with no cheese, no eggs, no bacon and very little grill chicken. Funny thing is I had to pull up and wait for this. I ordered around 830 and I was very disappointed when I got to work and saw what a pitiful salad they gave me. I paid almost 12 bucks for a $5...

This Zaxbys is on my to my parents, which I visit a lot. This is the 2nd and last time I stop here!! The first time, I wrote off as maybe being busy but today that was not the issue. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I sat in line for almost 30min. Then I had to pull into a parking spot to wait for my order to brought to me. While I was waiting, I saw an employee take bags to 2 cars that were ahead of me. When she brought my order, it was one of at least 4 other orders she was taking to cars that were parked. The food was decent but definitely not worth waiting almost 30min for in a drive thru!!! The “pay” window wasn’t even being used and only one lane was open. We went through the drive-thru. My order was placed at 8:01. There were 3 vehicles already waiting for their orders. I didn't notice until they asked me to park in one of the marked spots. At 8:22 they had already asked me 3 times what my order was when they were walking around to deliver food. I responded every time with my order. At 8: 25 after 2 additional vehicles were parked and given their food along with the three others I was informed they had just started cooking my food. At 8:36 I received my food, which should have been steaming hot, but was not.
