Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

The past 2 times I have been, I have had nothing but bad service. The first time, I ordered my food and the woman had no clue what she was doing. She didn’t even give me my change back. It was just a few cent so I didn’t worry about it at the time. I sat down and waited patiently for my food. About 30 minutes later, I finally stand up, show them my receipt and ask if they forgot about my order because I still haven’t received it. I also told them I never received my change. The girl snatched the receipt out of my hand, rolled her eyes and went to get my change. While she was doing that I heard her say “He’s really worried about $0.63.” We’ll finally 15 minutes after that they handed me my food and sent me out the door. So I wasn’t going to go back. Well I recently received a $25 gift card to Zaxbys from some family so I figured I might as well use it. So I go in again to get something to eat. I walk up and I order my food again. Everything was fine. Then she goes to swipe my gift card and she tells me it’s invalid and said I couldn’t use it. Whatever I just pull out my debit card and pay for it. I went home by the way and checked my balance on the card on Zaxbys website and it said I had $25 on it. Well she hands me my cup and informed me they had no soda available at all. On top of that their ice machine had ice piled up all the way to the dispenser. Then I look down and there’s a huge puddle of water by the drink machine with no wet floor signs around it. Sent my fiancé to get me a wings & things plate because I’m sick at home, when he gets back he tells me he had to ask for ranch (the plate I got is supposed to automatically come with zax sauce & ranch) and the girl at the window told him they were out of ranch. So he comes home and I open my plate and there’s no ranch OR zax sauce in my plate! Instead they put sweet and spicy sauce (which I’m not eating!) so I call up there and ask if they are out of ranch and zax sauce and they tell me no they have both! SO my fiancé was lied to at the window!! Then they tell me to bring my receipt up there tomorrow for a refund & they didn’t even give me a receipt!! I am livid!!! I have worked in fast food before and I know this is NO WAY to do customers. They need to get new management/employees, something! When I pay for something I expect to have it exactly how I want it, especially when it’s a $12 plate of food! I will never go back to Seneca Zaxbys and I will be spreading the word to let everyone else know as well! PLUS I called zaxbys in walhalla (closer to me) and they were very polite and let me come up there AFTER THEY CLOSED to get zaxbys sauce and ranch bc zaxbys in Seneca can’t do their job!!!! Ordered lunch for me and the kids via DoorDash today. Order came, and once again, Zaxby's in Seneca crapped the bed. My order was missing the fries, and the sandwich was a pathetic joke of a sandwich. I would say it looks like a blind person assembled it, but that would be an insult to blind people. It more so looks like a moron who doesn't give a crap did it. But thank God my fries were missing, or else we would have received 3 servings of dry fries. Also, the kickin chicken sandwich is supposed to have a lot of sauce on it... well, this looks like they thought about putting sauce on it and then, in turn, drank some sauce and then licked the bread. What a joke. This isn't the first time they've screwed up a Door Dash order either, and when I called to let them know, the manager couldn't care less... it's like they think that because it's a Door Dash order, they can just send out whatever garbage they want to put in a box... like I live 100 miles away and would never walk through the doors and slam that slop they sent out straight through the computer they take orders on. Door Dash gave me a full refund, but the owner of this location needs to take a look...
