I had the pleasure of dining there recently and was blown away by not only the food but also the service. Let me just say: this was hands-down one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever eaten, and the wings? Just as unforgettable.

I ordered their Oconee cheeseburger, and from the first bite, I could taste the difference. The double patty was thick, juicy, and clearly made fresh—not one of those frozen options you find at too many places. The melted cheese wrapped around the burger like a warm hug, and the toppings were crisp, flavorful, and thoughtfully assembled. The bun was perfectly toasted and held up from the first bite to the last, which is always a sign of quality.

But the real surprise was the wings. I wasn’t expecting to be so impressed by them, but wow—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in a sauce that had the ideal balance of flavor and heat. I tried the spicy lemon pepper and hot BBQ flavors, and both were phenomenal.

What really tied everything together was the friendly atmosphere and attentive service. The manager, Martha, greeted us as we walked through the door and was making rounds in the dining area. She stopped by to check on us personally. You could tell she truly cares about the customer experience, and it shows in every part of the restaurant.

Customer Service: Bad. Food: Okay.

CS:There was a group of 5 of us, but the booths are a bit too small to comfortably seat 4 adults. You are rung up individually as you walk in, so one of us was already almost done eating before the last person finished ordering. One person out of our group ordered a full meal and paid, and then only a small fry was brought to the table for him. He had to complain to get his food, and even then he didn't get what he wanted. They also have a sign at the register saying if you are rude, you will be charged $50 for "dealing with you". Even if this is a joke, very classless and inappropriate.

Food: As others have said, you are unable to customize the burgers, so if you want one without a sauce, or without a topping, be prepared to scrape it off yourself. The fries were seasoned to hell, but the tots we ordered were pretty good. We did not have anyone in our group try the wings, but they have a lot of options for flavors, and we did sample a few of them, which were quite good. World Class Cheeseburgers... the name says it all. Today was my first visit. I have heard about the place in passing, but never knew where it was or if it was quality food. I started seeing people posting about them on Facebook, passed by them today and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you... I'm eating my burger right now and just had to put it down and give some praise. When I walked in, I was very happily greeted. The cashier/server kept up with amazing customer service through my entire order. The owner came out and greeted me, and his customer service was amazing, as well. The cook that served my to go order was just as friendly. Now, to the food. I got a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a grape drink. The grape drink is phenomenal. Get it. The bacon on the burger is actually crispy!! Good job!! Although the quality of meat isn't the best, they make up for it with seasoning it and cooking it absolutely perfectly.
