Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

I CANNOT EXPRESS the absolute FAILURE of service and total inconvenience I just experienced here! After placing my order online 35 minutes prior to arriving, I walked in to find the online rack empty. I stood waiting for someone, ANYONE, to ask my name however no one did. After standing for 20 minutes while they fixed another parties order, a guy walks in the door and to the left side of the counter and steps right in front of me asking about a DoorDash order. I then asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to get someone to ask my name when the large, red haired LEAD begins yelling at me about how the guy next to her is new and they are doing their best but that I need to be patient! SERIOUSLY?? 75 minutes later I need to be patient? When you are helping someone who walked in AFTER me? If that is your BEST Lord help you! I didn’t deserve to have your frustration taken out on me for expecting SOMEONE to AT LEAST ASK MY NAME. IF things were going as they were designed, my food would have been on the online shelf and I would have NEVER SPOKEN UP. But when you KNOW I have been standing there waiting and you let someone else step in front of me, YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR BEST! If you want to eat tacos, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you want someone to do things right and in ORDER DONT EXPECT TO FIND IT HERE. I will gladly wait for my money to be refunded to my debit card as long as I NEVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL DISORGANIZED DISRESPECT from someone being paid to SERVE again. I rarely ever write a review and seeing some that are on here is no surprise as how my review is going to be. Let me first say, I found the new ordering system inside to be very convenient....however I was never offered my cups while I wait for my food or greeted at all in that matter. I go to get the food only to find my order is nothing like I placed. Barely any meat or cheese on my nacho bell grande, my kids tacos were incorrect, and I stood there for 5 minutes waiting on 1 of the 6 employees (including someone that look like she was the shift leader, couldn't tell u a name cause she was not wearing a name tag) ignored my existence. Finally the drive thru employee acknowledged and handed me the cups I had paid for and I let her know the grande was not right, she gave it to the so called shift leader and I watched as she aggressively put more cheese on it. I went to my seat only to be mean mugged while trying to eat my lunch and listening to her angrily call out ppls orders to pick up. I watched one of the guys on the line scratch his face a good bit with his gloves on and continue to make food. The worst service I have to say I have had in a while, and I'm a pretty patient and understanding person I think. I will never bring myself nor my kids back to this establishment, they need to really alter their staff or send them to some customer service and serve safe classes. We stopped going to this Taco Bell for a long time simply because of how bad the food is. It’s gets two points only because it’s always edible but yet always a waste of money. Quesadillas half cut by what’s looks like a blind person. Halfway filled tacos with mostly lettuce and hardly ever did you get filling in the quesadillas. It got significantly better when the Clemson team joined them but I think they’ve since left. We decided to return today for a snack. I always get an extra side of potatoes with my spicy potato soft tacos since I like them extra full. Today we got about five potatoes per taco (typical for this location) I had to use my whole side on one taco to make it full. We went back through for a missing taco and I told them about the problem and asked if we could get more potatoes. This girl looked at me and said “looks like she loaded you up” 🤣 that was hilarious to me because that taco was empty before I loaded my whole side onto it. I showed her my other taco that had about three potatoes and I did get a side. I’m normally not someone to go back around but like geez it’s EVERY TIME we come to this location we’re just paying an obscene amount for shells and lettuce🙄 The picture shown is the taco given to us after going around because they only rang in 2/3 tacos.
