I have to suffer and continue to go here since the next store is 20 min away. This is one of the worst in Charlotte. Whoever is running this location is doing a terrible job. I have been a loyal customer over the last 5 years and probably spent way more than I want to know about. Probably about $50 to $60 a week. The incompetence and excuses this store is allowed to get away with is unimaginable. Corporate has been called and they do NOTHING to fix it. They can be busy and the food is still cold despite not having anything made and having to catch up. If the line is longer than 5 cars at the drive thru you know it's going to be 30 minutes. It's so bad there they have a paint roller on the end of a stick they use to trick the counter at the drive thru so they don't get caught being terrible at their jobs. 1 out of every 5 orders is wrong. They are slow. The employees talk back when asked why it's taking so long. Today my small order took over 40 min to make and the only thing the woman at the counter could do was tell me they were busy. It's like they have no idea that people are going to order chicken and then are surprised by 5 orders and then have to start from scratch. Not to mention the other day one of those kids who refuses to pull up his pants was working there and you all you could see was his underwear out of the top of his pants, turned to the window and I got to see his "junk" in his pants. Called corporate and NOTHING has been done despite telling them I would like them to call me an explain why that happened and how they were going to fix it.
I guess the next move is to start a letter writing campaign to the City, County and Corporate. The former Regional Manager would let me contact him and he was trying to fix this location but nothing would work and he left and decided to do something meaningful with his life rather than trying to fix something that no one seems to be able to fix. You never see a manager in there. You never see anyone taking the lead. These poor kids don't know how to deal with this level of crazy and just leave and the people who have been there and probably could run the place are tired or have been run off for better employment. Trust me I have seen everything that is front of house there for the last 5 years and understand way more than most people as I am a regular.

Read moreCame in last night with friends and their little girl we were starving after a day of shopping they placed thier order while I had to use their restrooms which we dirty to begin with and when you go to a resteraunt and there bathroom is dirty you know these resteraunt is going to be dirty.. trash was over flowing in the dinning room trashcans..but I put that beside me and then I ordered my food came out on time and correctly but then my friends food was taking along time. While i was eatting the manager came around to check how everything was tasting well...they didn't have thier food so we went up there to at least get thier daughters food because she's hungry. She came back and said that their buns were frozen well why didn't yall tell us this when they were orderino their food? Well alright that's fine we understood so they ordered it using Texas toast well that took another 15 minutes by that time we waiting 40 mins when we were about to leave. The manager came backwith the order and they still didn't have the cheddar bites we ordered so we waited another 15 mins for that... RIDICULOUS...so I went to place a togo order for my boyfriend qhiley friends were eatting he works night shift I waited 20 mins for that and all the manager could do was complain about what she didn't get on her truck and how tired she was..I understand that it's not her fault about the truck and her being tired but she was in a bad mood from order to table service... I work in food industry as a server I know how it is. As my friends were leaving I was getting my boyfriends togo order ready getting napkins and condiments for him to goand then I over heard the staff AND manager saying "I hope those people never come back"now I didn't say a thing I just walked out. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I got there, they told me someone had already picked up my order using my name. They accused me of trying to pick up the same food twice, because apparently somebody had done that before, essentially accusing me of trying to steal or scam them. They kept telling me over and over that I was mistaken, that somebody had already picked up my food or they told me I must have placed the order wrong. I kept showing them my receipt. I showed them my driver's license to prove it was me. They refused to redo my order and told me I would have to reorder and pay again and then come back the next day to get a refund.
While I was still there, the food I ordered showed up. They had given my order to someone else whose name was apparently similar to mine. That person returned the food and so they just handed me that returned food. I'm pretty sure that's a health violation. I did not know what to do, so I just drove off with it.
It was very embarrassing. Three different employees told me that I must have been mistaken and one of them kept asking if I was sure I didn't send somebody else to pick up my order and that I was trying to get a second order for free. There was only one employee who apologized and stayed professional, but he said he could not do anything because the policy was to not redo an order. Other than that one kid, the entire experience was humiliating.
EDIT: I did get a personal call from the manager who profusely apologized for the service and how I was treated. I got a full refund on this meal. I appreciated...
