I used the drive thru and after paying for my order I noticed I was missing something. After pointing it out to the person working the window they looked at the receipt and said “you didn’t order that sir”. I explained that though it may not be on the receipt I did in fact ask for it and I don’t mind paying for what I want. I was then told “this is why we ask if you would like anything else, and ask if your order is correct on the screen”. Now I don’t know if the person who took my order was new, however they did not ask me about the order on the screen, they did ask if I wanted anything else, and going back to the screen… nothing was on it and he told me to pull around. Now back to the window… after expressing I’m fine with paying for what I want and explaining the “screen” issue, she then began explaining how she doesn’t work the window so it isn’t her fault, tells the guy who took my order to do a better job (I’m summarizing) and then debated who was going to get my additional item.
This location seems to have a hard time all the time. I live less than 5 minutes from this store, but will be driving to Baxter Village for my coffee from here on out. It’s a shame that customer service has gone out the window and we are supposed to accept it as...
Read moreI'm only giving this two stars because at least my fiance's sweet drink was made right other than that she ordered a sandwich with no egg and they gave her bread a tiny bit of cheese and a small small amount of bacon that looks slopped together even though we were literally the only people in line I ordered a small iced coffee I ordered a small iced c Carmel iced coffee with cream and sugar based on her asking me if I wanted cream and sugar an extra shot of espresso she put the cream in but absolutely no caramel and no sugar whatsoever it tastes like boo boo. My sandwich also tasted like complete boo boo because the meat tasted old and burnt which is hilarious considering it goes in a toaster oven with premade settings to just press a button and then take it out when it beeps show how you messed that up is beyond me either that was terrible tasting sausage or they messed up and accidentally gave me the impossible version either way tasted strange and horrible the girl cashing us out had a real nasty attitude and was just trying to shove the food to my fiance as she's trying to put her her card in the card reader. Read moreMy niece went out and got four Venti drinks one morning before I left for out of town. Our drinks just wasn't good so I called the manager. The manager said she could come back in the next two days and have the drinks remade. Well two of us that the drinks was for would have been out of town and my niece didn't need the four drinks so we would have just lost out on two drinks. The manager then told me she could come get the two drinks and she would just give her a gift card for the other two drinks. I also explained that they didn't give her a receipt but she had the gift cards she used for part of the payment if that would help. My niece went to get the drinks that Friday and had major problems nothing that the manager told her was honored. She was humiliated made to look like a liar about the situation and on top of it she had to pay for her drinks. That was very poor customer service it wouldn't have been a problem to pay for her drinks if the manager would have not lied. We visit Starbucks a lot its my nieces favorite spot.
