Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

The saying of "getting screwed in the drive-through" applies to this Zaxby's. I ordered two meals for my wife and myself, both specifically with Coleslaw. I read it right off of the menu board. Neither meal came with slaw. Both came with a gross amount of fries. Way too many fries for anyone to eat. All of the food in our containers was cold. Cold fries, cold chicken, and cold bread. Unpleasant. When we were paying, I noticed a dozen young people "working" (which is a good thing!) at something, all behind the counter and in the food service area. They were laughing and enjoying themselves (again, good!) as they were about climbing over and around each other. Perhaps they were just having "too much fun" to ensure the food was warm and orders were correct. Also, my wife and I ordered two different meals; we both received the exact same foods in our boxes. I received more chicken stripes and more French fries, but otherwise, identical. My meal was about $15 and her meal was $9.60. Confusing. We've like Zaxby's. Everything considered from today, I believe we'll go to KFC across the street. Our orders have always been accurate and the food quality is always...

AJ WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. so were all the other staff tonight . The drive thru menu board where they’re supposed to take your order isn’t working but they had no sign stating that . The girl that was supposed be taking orders on the IPad just say there like there wasn’t 40 people in the line . She didn’t attempt to even take our order . We’re in that like for 15-20mins and when we finally got to the window we told them that we need to place our order cause the lady on the other side of the building didn’t even attempt too and they said oh well your have to go back in line and try to order again ... as my infant 2 month old was screaming crying and tired of sitting in the car and they weren’t even trying to be reasonable at all. The line was outside in the road so I wasn’t going to have my daughter wait in line . Twice . I don’t not recommend them only because of the staff. The food is good but the people that work...

Just blew into town last night and we wanted to try some local fare. Zaxbys sound whimsical, so we opted for this place. We chose to eat inside, which was the best idea ever! Why would anyone drive thru when they can be overloaded with signs and other stuff all over the place that makes a place fun? You know whimsical! And when you get the desire to dance around with your six kids, because the atmosphere screams PARTY, the girl behind the counter will quell that with her "I hate life and everything about it" scowl. And i heard it was cold in the D. The chicken was basic, and the fries needed seasoning, but the real reason to come here is the whimsy... and the dead eyed stare and one push from snapping all over this place personality of the order girl. Also, if they forget one of your Apple juices, Just leave it. Not worth being made to feel...
