Long John Silver's — Restaurant in South Charleston

I visited the South Charleston Long John Silvers, and I ordered their meal plate of 3 pieces of Chicken . I waited close to 20 minutes for my meal to come out to the table , and it finally arrived, the chicken was not hot at all, along with the other food on the plate, the coleslaw smelled spoiled when I went to put it up to my nose. I took the Cole slaw back up and asked them to please check your coleslaw its litterally spoiled.. The exact words from the manager was " I just made this in the morning. She asked me if I wanted anything else, and I simply said, no Thanks , because I almost thru up over the coleslaw being spoiled. I feel this place could use some help up there and to watch their food closely and please temp your foods. Before I left I did find out why my food was Soo cold, there was a man behind me that had ordered, and they served him his plate before I was served.. I ordered my food first, but he got his food first. In the meantime my food was sitting there being cold. The food safety comes first before anything. Needless to say I won't be returning back there until this place gets investigated for the right temperature of food. If I pay for my food then I expect it to be fresh and hot. Sorry...

Came here to pickup a doordash. Typically a lot of places close the inside around 8PM, so we went to the drive thru. The man told us we could not get the doordash that way because they didn't want their drive thru "jammed up" with dashers and we had to go inside. Making us have to backup to park. Luckily no one was behind us or we would have been forced to wait til all the other cars went through because of how poorly designed the drive thru is. When i went in and expressed how difficult they made it for us, and told him I probably won't accept orders there again, as they made it difficult on us. Dashers are timed you know? He decided to say "That's fine with me". Long John silvers was a place i liked as a customer also. But, i will take my business elsewhere. I went here around noon for lunch. I got the fish and chicken meal and three salmon tacos for my husband. The wait in the drive-thru was very long. I had one other person in front of me, and I had to wait 10 mins for theirs and almost 10 for mine. When I got home, I noticed they didn't give me my rice, and my husband's tacos were practically empty. There was barely any cabbage and filling inside. He said it tasted good because of the sauce, but it would have been better with more filling inside. I was also disappointed because they only gave me one packet of tartar sauce for three big pieces of fish. I even asked the women at the window if they gave me extra tartar sauce, and she said yes.
