Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Charleston

First of all... I love me some taco bell. So on a loooong road trip, I was definitely willing to get off the road for some crunchy taco supremes. We ordered inside & took it to go. There was barely any meat on the tacos. My husband went for a cheese quesadilla. Was pretty surprised to find hardly any cheese. We debated for a few minutes after a few bites bc we were starving, but decided to go back in and "inquire" (that's my nice word for why did you risk your life by shorting a menopausal woman on her tacos). Apparently that is the correct amount of meat & cheese you can expect for both items at this location. The server told us if you just get a cheese quesadilla, "you don't get any more cheese." Not sure what the reference was to... as we only expected to get cheese that hopefully covered at least half of the tortilla? 🤷‍♀️ I mean... low expectations for a few bucks, but maybe more than 2...

the Taco bell in South Charleston near Thomas hospital is horrible!!! every time I go there they never get my order correct and then when I called to speak to a manager to resolve the matter I get some kid on the phone who pretends like he is the manager. When I called today I asked who the manager was and he said Jesse and I asked him to repeat it and he wouldn't & then he said in a sarcastic way ,uh yeah I'm the manager " Sure u r !! Today I asked and paid for THREE Xtra salsa 2go with my chips and salsa & when I got home & looked , THERE WERE ONLY 2!! Really ? Can they NOT count ? The WORST PART OF OF IT WAS THS KID ( male ) PRETENDING TO B THE STORE MANAGER !! This happened 6/2/18 at approx 5:45pm at drive thru & phone call was 6/2/18 at exactly 6:13 pm . I hope corporate reads these reviews and I hope that young man is fired For impersonating a manager ! !...

I ordered through the drive thru. The women was very rude rushing me through my order which was a small order anyways. She didn’t get half my order. I get to the window she takes my debt card and goes to the back with it. Then goes to the front and uses the front registers and walks away with my debt card still in the machine. When she finally brings me everything I look in the bag and tell her I didn’t get my whole order and she tells me she didn’t get that on my order. Then gives me my card back with no receipt. When I called to talk to a manager, he gets on the phone and says yeah? I said is this a manager? He said yeah. I said well doesn’t seem like a manager but okay and continue to tell him my experience because I wanted to see what I paid for. He hung up on me. So I will no longer be eating at...
