Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in South Charleston

Let me say upfront I love Tudor's. I eat at Tudor's often and they have always had the best employees and food. However, the Tudor's in South Charleston, WV, is a disgrace to the Tudor's name. Yesterday I went there for breakfast. They only have plastic ware and Styrofoam plates and cups. The salt and pepper are in little packets. The gravy seemed to be watered down. It was unlike any gravy I have gotten from any other Tudor's. The biscuit appeared to be a few days old. The employee that waited on me made me wait while she was flirting with a man that had already been waited on. She was not particularly friendly and definitely not professional. I still love Tudor's and will continue to eat there as often as I can, but I will never go to the one in South Charleston again. A total disgrace. I guess I’ve been holding a grudge against this place since 2013. Went there all my life but they ripped me off one time. Just one Ron they forgot to put in my bag on a 7 people order, called up there said hey I was missing a sandwich they said no problem come back up which I did. Then I was scolded by the lady behind the counter that I was wrong and my whole order was in my bags. I was an 18 old kid at the time back in town on boot leave, the way everyone in the store was looking at me was embarrassing. I just said yes ma’am I understand and left. So now every time Im in town I avoid this place. Not going to lie though the food is great but will always leave a bad taste in my mouth after that. Nicer than other fast food chains. The restaurant is shaped like a large barn, and is located next to a dealer of mini storage barns. They earn extra points by not using latex gloves, substituting some other type of gloves, as required by local health codes. Tudor's does not have a no latex policy, even though most major fast food chains do not allow latex anymore; So ask before you order if you have any allergies.
