Soooo, let's begin with a little up front information. Placed an online order for delivery at 8:38. Simple order, a sandwich and chicken alfredo. Received notice that it would arrive in about 30 to 40 minutes (reasonable for a busy Friday night and address about 3 minutes away) Notification cam saying driver (Michael) entered the neighborhood. Then another at 9:18 stating he was pulling up. Nothing after that......to include no food. I call the store at 9:37 to find out where the food is and was told it was left. I let them know, it was NOT left, hence the reason for my call. They said they would get with there driver and hung up. I waited for a call back....nothing so I called again for a status of the food/order at 9:46. I was told they were re-making the order and it would be re-sent in 10 minutes. I call back at 10:13 (since the address is only 3 minutes from the store to speak with someone who said the food was leaving the store now. I asked how much longer would this be, as we ordered more than an hour ago. I was then told that they were very busy and had a lot of orders. I did explain that I completely understand being busy, but our order was clearly given to someone else and now you are remaking it and having to re-send it. I asked when they close (worried they would close and we would not receive the order that we paid for) and I was questioned as to why I need to know that (WOW - really?) Because I'm asking you when the store closes.... I was then asked again why do you need to know that information. I said because I want to make sure we get our food before you close. I was finally told 1:00 a.m. After not receiving the food....still, I called back again at 10:30. At at 10:58, someone finally left the food in a chair cold and all jacked up looking. No notice, never rang the bell...nothing. Moreover, the sandwich looked and tasted horrible, and the pasta, no different. After taking pictures of the disgusting food, we ended up giving most of it the the dog. There were things from these meals that even the dog wouldn't eat. Ever since this place changed management, it has been slowly dying on the vine. Poor customer service skills, argumentative and an overall lack of pride in their work product. ALMOST 3 HOURS TO GET AN ORDER.....NO APOLOGIES, NO NOTHING .....CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ALL ARE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THE WAY THINGS ARE BEING RAN IN THIS STORE.....SO ANGRY AND SO DISAPPOINTED .....DO...
Read moreAfter tonight my review goes from a 5 star to a 1 star. If I could give negative stars I would. The manager on duty tonight service stinks. No customer service skills at all. Matter of fact she doesn’t even acknowledge her customers being within two feet of them for over 15 mins. So I waited over 40 mins for my two pizzas tonight. Usually, my favorite spot. I walked in stood at the counter and watched two employees work for over 15 mins without acknowledging me or even speaking or saying I’ll be right with you. Instead dead silence which is very weird. No one looks at you or speaks. Customer service really stinks and I would never leave a manager in charge who doesn’t acknowledge my guests at all or even look at them. I seen a rack full of pizzas I’m trying to ask if mine is ready instead I’m told wait. Wait another 10 mins by then if ready to lose my marbles. Gentlemen says oh it’s in the oven. Wait another 20 mins I ask about my pizzas oh they been done. So however many minutes they sat on this rack I wanted my food and to go home after working a 12 hour shift. The manager instead blames a gentleman who probably shouldn’t have been put in the situation he was. Clearly he wasn’t able to deal with guests properly he did the best he could but the manager is faulting him when in all reality she is to blame. Don’t put the lane on a disabled person. She was in charge and should have took charge instead of completely ignore guests until I’m very extremely upset after going thru the worse time to receive my food!! She should have spoke when me and all the other guests who got ignored walked in… speaking to people and acknowledging them speaks volumes. Not speaking ignoring them when within 2 feet is the worse cold hearted environment to be in. I would never want to work in such environment yet alone shop one anymore. I won’t be back anytime soon. Read moreI placed a carry out order from dominios for a pineapple pizza and boneless bbq wings with the two or more for 5.99 deal we got the notification that the pizza was “put in the oven” at 10:32 so we left the house at approximately 10:46 and arrived at 10:49 upon arrival they told us they haven’t even put the pizza in yet and we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes so we waited while watching people walk in the store and order the about exact same things and have them made and done within not even 15 minutes . After 30 minutes it appeared on the screen in the store that or pizza was “ready” so we walked up to the counter and the guy said they had just put it in the ovens . Then the pizza was finally done after being in store for about 40 minutes and listening to whoever was in charge cuss out his employees on being late from delivery’s. So we asked them what discount we where going to get for having to wait an additional 40 minutes in store for one Medium pizza and one order of boneless wings the cashier scoffed then said he took the boneless wings off so they where “free” mind you this was supposed to be 2 for 5.99 each with the deal we picked so once he took the boneless wings off he proceeded to charge us 10.99 (full price)for a medium pizza but at that point we where both hangry and wanted to get home and eat so forgetting to check we came home and opened the box of “boneless chicken” to see what looked more like the scrapings off the bottom of the pizza oven.
