I’m a abided latte drinker and I love my Dunkin! But.......I go to this Dunkin’ at least twice a day as well as several other dd throughout volusia county. I loved this Dunkin’ when it first opened, coffee was always fresh and always made the same ( which is great considering the early morning rushes and no time for having to go back in with complaints) but........... now going is the constant guessing game! I wonder if my latte Will be made correctly today or if I’ll just be paying five dollars for a cup of milk? There are two people in there that actually make the coffee correctly! I always hope that they are working when I go so I know I don’t have to go back in and complain. I have been given butter pecan hazelnut instead of French vanilla which is a big shock totally different taste! I have also received my large iced latte with almost a full thumb length missing from the top of it as not filled all the way to the top might seem silly but when you’re spending five dollars a drink you’d like it to be a whole drink right? Lol... when I asked for less ice because I wanted more of the coffee not my entire cup full of ice which means I really ordered a small instead of a large and when I received it there was at least a third of the cup not full and when I ask why it was not full to the top I’ll was told because I asked for less ice. Now if you ask for a different type of drink with no ice they’re going to fill your drink up to the top correct? I did recently noticed that within the past eight months they charge you for the flavor shot swirl which is not stated on their menu that there will be an extra charge for it. Other Dunkins in Volusia county my latte comes to $4.57 at this Dunkin it comes to $4.70. I truly think it just boils down to everyone needs to be trained the same with the same measuring charts provided from corporate Dunkin’ Donuts I think there would be a lot of happier customers if they actually took the time to train properly which would help them with their extremely long drive-through lines that take about 30 to 35 minutes to get through in the morning. They need more staff members. They need to make sure that they are making ample amount of donuts and muffins as there’s several times that I have been and they are out of both. there are several times that I have ordered a muffin with a donut and when receiving my bag I noticed that the muffin was on top of the donut smashing all the icing off if there was any icing on the donut. Read moreThis place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes when I make my order through the app, they are able to have it ready and have everything correct as asked for. But the other 50% of the time I leave there frustrated because they either did not complete my order correctly, or they left me feeling like I was a colossal inconvenience to them placing my order at their location. Sometimes I'll order a drink, only to receive it half full and missing the extras I purchased. Sometimes if I order food, like for instance, the grilled ham and cheese I ordered for the first time last week, it's nothing like what the pictures appear. It was not a grilled sandwich. There were no grilled marks on the bread. It consisted of a single piece of white cheese, yellow cheese and a single slice of ham. Instead it was two pieces of old tasting bread that they microwaved in something that flavored the food in an industrial cleaning flavor. It was awful and totally unpalatable. This was not fit for any kind of consumption. And because I ordered through the app, they can't give me my money back, instead offering to remake. The "wow" american runs on dunkin comes off very condescending (they should change this) The same owner has a few locations that are significantly better. I have been through the drive through and the employee has managed to not even say one word to me, not even a hello, a have a good day nothing... Even McDonalds check your order. I have a allergy to High Fructose Corn syrup (yes its in everything) but this is why I order things a certain way... Cold brew Sugar Free Coconut with splenda and cream (if they repeat it back I usually correct them and it manages to be still wrong) YOU CAN REALLY HURT PEOPLE BY NOT PAYING ATTENTION! This is dangerous to anyone with sugar issues and is easily avoidable. Try actually caring about your customers, try saying hello repeating their order, normal conversation skills apply. Also the "please pull up" is completely ridiculous at this location. I understand certain things take a min but EVERY order they try to make you move up to save their clock times, who are you fooling?
