Worst experience ever. This location is usually good, but today it was horrible. I pre-ordered my sandwiches 25 minutes before I even attempted to go pick them up. The app said pick up in 15. I ordered A ham and cheese with mayo, and a pepperoni, banana pepper and jalapeño sandwich. Simple. I get there, they're not ready. She claims she was busy, it didn't look busy, but Who am I to judge? I go to the register and wait for my sandwiches to be made. Two more people come in after me....one orders, she makes their sandwich before mine and cashes them out. The second one starts to order and then she proceeds to tell me that she's going to make mine & his at the same time. He gets two complicated sandwiches & guess what, she finishes his first as well. Awful customer service. What's the point of using the app if I still get my order after customers who order after me? What's the point of ordering ahead of time if the order isn't started until I get there? She was unprofessional & seemed to careless about the customers. Read moreI genuinely feel sorry for the manager of this store Thomas. He is an amazing guy every time we go here, but the last 3 times it’s been terrible. They hired a bunch of new people and they are so incredibly slow that as a manager myself I could not believe that behavior is tolerated. Like someone took a video and slowed it to 0.10 speed. My husband and I were waiting 35 minutes tonight to buy a sub and we ended up leaving because it was stupid how long they were taking. My husband fell asleep in the table waiting, he’s 32. There were only 2 people in front of us when we got there. They started doing online orders and had us wait nearly 20 minutes until we got so angry we left. Imagine 2 customers sitting in an empty restaurant waiting for 30 minutes. Imagine how we feel. Very sad because it was my favorite subway till now. Read moreThe store just opened and we were the first 2 people there. The only worker there took a few minutes than took our order and 2 more people came in. He proceeded to cut our bread and then asked the customers behimd us what they wanted. (Note they were out of Italian bread at opening hour) A bit confused as he was making their sandwiches...but thought okay maybe its because he is waiting for our sandwiches in the toaster. One more customer enters. He then adds the toppings on our sandwiches..wraps them and THEN asks the people behind us for their toppings. The latest cusyomer just leaves and we almost did. FINALLY the guy rings us up and I told him it was messed up that we had to wait for 2 other oeople who came after us and he says..thats how I was trained so I don't have to take off my gloves to ring each person up..sorry if I made u late for someting...how rude!
