Location: The location of this business is great. It was right off of Randall Rd with easy access and next to a lot of other businesses.

Cleanliness: This location was neat and orderly, and it appeared to be well maintained.

Food Quality: Don't know, I was unable to try anything.

Service: TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. I visited this place on 09/09/24 at approximately 3:50pm. Management, you are more than welcome to review the cameras and verify that everything I am saying is true. I met my friend at this location. I walked in, greeted my friend, and she and I approached the register to place an order. But we were never greeted NOR were we ever acknowledged...So we waited...and watched as the girl behind the counter continued to wipe down the counter tops and wash her rag in the sink. The associate at one point stopped wiping the counters, stared at me and my friend for several seconds and then continued to wipe down the counters...My friend noticed that there was bell on the counter that had a sign that said "ring for service" but we thought this concept was ridiculous as you can clearly see us at the counter. What's worse is that after we had been waiting for a while to even be acknowledged, another customer walked in and the associate IMMEDIATELY and I mean IMMEDIATELY acknowledged the new customer that walked in, she didn't ring a bell. The associate then retrieved an order from behind the counter, gave it to the new customer, and then walked away from the counter again without even acknowledging us.. It's noteworthy to know that my friend and I are minorities and the associate and the customer she chose to acknowledge over us were white. This was my very first time visiting this business, and I can firmly say that I will never return. My friend and I ending up leaving and going to the...

Coffee tastes fantastic!!! Place looks really clean. I'm using this as my Starbucks alternative from now on :) not as many options as starbs and a little more expensive, but definitely worth it! They have all the important stuff.

I ordered two drinks with light ice and cold foam, and they forgot to put light ice but it wasn't a huge deal to me

The ratio of cold foam needs to be a little bit more than what is given I think, (unless mine was just an accident and normally they do put more), considering we have to pay extra for drinks that don't already have cold foam, I would expect more than just a few tiny sips of it, but it still tasted good! (I got the shaken espresso). Hopefully next time I go back the experience will be a little different (and I definitely will be going back because the taste was very good!)

First time here, there's no way to create a rewards account on the self order screen unfortunately you have to download an app which kinda stinks, but not the end...

I normally just share pictures but I felt I had to share my opinion of the drink I ordered to help other fans of Ube flavored drinks. My daughter and I tried Purple Potion and it did not have much flavor at all, basically water with a very small hint of possible Ube flavoring. The brown sugar boba at least had flavor and good consistency.

Otherwise, we do plan to go back and give other flavors a try since the place was pretty cool with self service kiosks, quick service and most especially the drink presentation with a soda pop can vibe.

This review is based on first impression only. Hoping we have success with other drink flavors that we want to try.

UPDATE: Forgot to go back and update this but the owner did reach out almost immediately after I posted and he was so extremely generous and kind. Definitely was not expecting anything at all from my review. So awesome to see genuine customer service go above and...
