Criminally underrated. I’ve known the owner back when I was a broke college student and his restaurant was the only thing I could afford in order to eat out. Not only is it family owned but the owners are good people. They don’t take advantage of their costumers by raising prices when there is economic benefit. You tell me where else you can go in 2025 and get a complete meal for around $10. I’m talking 2 Chicago hot dogs, fries, and a soda… don’t worry I won’t hold my breath. Outstanding place and highly recommend it. Foods great tasting, fresh and hot. The only thing I hate is that they don’t have a location around me. If you find yourself in Elgin stop in and grab some food. Thanks Jimmy for always looking out for the kids and the people. You the GOAT for always keeping them prices low...

I’ve been coming to this place for 17 years. The place can be dirty at times, especially the kitchen , but overall the food is good . You won’t have to wait too long for your order, your order gets done pretty fast. They are pretty lenient with how you can customize your order with what you want added or not added. The owners are very nice . I would say the gyro platter is one of the best dishes on their menu and is my personal favorite from the menu. The fries aren’t that good that comes with the gyro platter but the gyro it self is pretty good. The Italian beef and Philly cheese steak are also pretty good from their menu. The owners are kind and they're resturant means the world to them. Going to Wee-Dees is like checking in with family! The food is prepared fresh when ordered. Nothing sits and gets cold. The love that goes into your meal is felt from the moment you walk into the restaurant!! There is a welcome to our table, welcome to our home feeling at Wee-Dees!! The food is Awesome my husband had a breakfast skillet, He adored it! I had a gyro omelet with hash browns. Delicious 😋 and the portion sizes are fantastic.
