New Dragon Express — Restaurant in South Fayette Township

Absolutely awesome food and kind service! This is my first time here. Apparently they had just moved to this new location. I placed an order to go. While I was waiting a short time, there were were about 5 other customers that can't in to pick up food. EVERY single one of them commented something like "while you guys were closed, those were the longest weeks of my life " or "we missed you so much". It was unbelievable. Everyone didn't just love the food but they loved the people running this business. And I can definitely see why. Everyone I encountered was patient, helpful, and kind. The sushi is like heaven and absolute perfection! I mean it was seriously some - if not THE - best I've ever had. It's super fresh. The sauce is perfectly paired. I ordered 5 different rolls and honestly couldn't decide which I liked best because they were all amazing in their own way. I can't remember what it's called, but there's a sushi roll with pineapple on top. Oh! You can't imagine how delicious it is until you try it. I've never had pineapple on sushi. Unbelievable!! I would highly recommend that one (if I could remember the name!) You will not be disappointed not matter...

I do not write reviews to often when I am disappointed. I typically only do this when I recommend but in this case an exception. I went here and I was late 1010 they close at 1030 or at least that is what they advertise! When I arrived two of the team members were leaving. The female let the door go as I reached it and they proceeded to car. The gentleman team member inside told me they were closed when I asked for to go food. I was not happy and left as I got in my car the two team member 1 male and 1 female were still waiting in car. The male was staring and I rolled window down and said you closed early, he laughed at me and mouthed something I took as move on! I called to ask why they advertise a time only to be told they are closing permanently soon. If you see this name in Bridgeville somewhere else don’t go to them. Horrible experience with management. My girlfriend and I placed an order before 9:00 on a Wednesday evening. 2 sushi rolls, hot/sour soup and a beef/brocc. Not a huge order. we are quoted 45 minutes for delivery and paid by card. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, we have all but given up on the food arriving. As we are pulling out of the driveway to get food from a different place, the driver finally shows up with our food. We attempted to call several times (for 30 minutes we called non stop). Being starved at this point, we accepted the food (big mistake).. When I called to speak to a manager about this, I was told by the employee I was unable to speak to the manager. The employee refused to help in any way. I said I will come down and talk to the manager in person, so they put another employee on the line. He explained that they made no mistakes and we have to deal with it.

To act like that to your customer base is an absolute joke. Horrible customer service is the reason they have lost our business. Save your time...
