Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Fayette Township

I’ve been eating at this joint for a while but recently their pizza, more so the large thin crust one (the one I usually eat) has gone down the gutter in terms of flavor, how they make it, sauce, everything! Whenever I get a bad one, a kid whose name I heard was called “Johnny” by one of the other coworkers makes it. I think he’s a recent hire. Ever since I’ve seen him there, the pizza always comes out half assed. The sauce is overloaded compared to what it used to be near the edges and the cheese is so badly spread that it all comes off within a few bites. Super unsatisfying to eat now and the flavor is completely ruined near the crust. Some times, an inch of crust of pure bread is there and the tomato and cheese only starts half an inch after. Also, the tomato near the crust is so much and uncovered by cheese. The point is, I hope you fire this guy. It’s not that he doesn’t know how, but he clearly puts no effort in it. It’s also not nicely cut at all whatsoever. I used to love eating that pizza here but now it’s ruined. I don’t know if you have to do some firing or hiring, or something else, but please fix this! I’m sure it’s hurting your business more...

I had ordered from here specifically because they offered 'contactless delivery' and i had the option to ask them to leave it at the door. Im immunocompromised, so right now it's important for me to minimize my exposure to other people. When i placed my order, i made sure twice that i had selected the "leave at the door" option. So i see the delivery guy walking up to my door, then starts ringing the doorbell. I thought maybe hes just letting me know its out there or something. Nope. Tell me why this guy started pounding on my door and ringing the bell again. I finally go to the door and say 'i thought this was contactless delivery?' And he STILL didnt put the food down on the porch. He literally waited until i opened the door and handed me my stuff without even wearing gloves (he had a mask but that doesn't protect anyone from your hand germs). Why is there an option for supposed "contactless delivery" if your driver doesn't seem to know what...

So I haven't had Pizza Hut over 7 years because the taste wasn't good but my family wanted to try it again and I was very impressed with Pizza I got. Pizza Hut has definitely stuffed up their game!!

We ordered a box with onions on top of the pizza and breadsticks on the side and also cheese sticks. I was very impressed with how the texture and the taste have changed over the years. And the cheese sticks were spot on with how soft and tasty they were, and also, the pizza was very well done. Amazing

The last thing I would like to point out is the lady who works there I'm sorry I forgot her name she was so kind enough to clean the cutter for us because we're only eat Halal Meat and sometime the cutter has chicken and pepperoni on it but she was so kind enough to get us a clean cut.
