La Chiva Loca 2 — Restaurant in South Gate

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time, today I decided to call it in and they were ,very inattentive, I called 3 times and they would just pick up the phone and not answer, they answered once and then put me on hold, and when the person answered she acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me again not cool imagine how many people calls a day that are not attended, I hope the owner sees this, I used to work in restaurants and this is not the way of making business, if you’re the owner your loosing money because an employee can’t handle the orders, they don’t have many tables for the quantity of people working there and the simple dishes that they have, they need to be organized and trained, today was very unpleasant, and I decided to go to the other chiva loca in Firestone from now on since they give...

This place is horrible. Tortas are stale and salsa is bland with no Flavor. Hard tacos are soked in old oil as you can taste it. Service stinks as the ladies are rude and take orders wrong. When informing them to repeat your order they say they do it their way. Horrible! And cherry on top, they do not inform they only take CASH! they wait till they bring your bill and with a smart remark let you know they have a an ATM and I was told I should be prepared with cash. Older lady really has no education. NEVER...

Rude service. I got up from my seat, to ask for water and lemon and the lady took over 25 mins (it wasn't busy I was the only person there) and she was just talking to her co worker the entire time. She never offered a refill, or anything. I actually had to get up and ask another lady for water and lemon but by the time i got my lemon my food was already cold. Never coming here again. I always tip but this lady really didn't...
