A few days ago I was there with a friend, it was our first time in that cafeteria so we were excited because I had seen the coffee was very popular on Instagram, we arrived and the place It was completely empty, the owner received us rudely,We took a moment to see the menu and she seemed bothered to be waiting for us, My friend ordered an iced caramel latte And I ordered a hot caramel latte ,The owner charged us and got to make the coffee immediately, We didn't know that they charged the Whip Cream and we asked if I could add it to Iced Coffee, so she replied yes but in a rude way my friend said I can pay for it and she just said next time😒 When she finally gave us our coffee, she was very rude again, my friend and I got out of there and when trying the coffee It was so bitter that you couldn't drink it Very bad service from the owner first and last time...

Was waiting in line with others while the person placing their order was ordering more than 6 items and took forever deciding what they wanted . Instead of having someone in the back help pack the order the baker vere starts packing her order while we're all waiting in line. I ordered the horchata cafe which was EXTREMELY SWEET. I like my drinks sweet but this has no coffee taste at all. Literally just tasted like syrup. The tres leches cupcake was small and DRY no moisture at all, just tasted like vanilla cake. For the price you're better off going to Tierra Mia as they have the same price range. The churro cookie tasted very dry and crumbly the Oreo cakecicle was ok just tasted very fudgy.
