Subway — Restaurant in South Gate

I live close to this subway so i go alot and today this fuy named Juan was the most rude person ever I ordered a veggie patty and ask them to warm up the meat first and then toasted and he gave me attitude and said it was going in the toaster anyways and he refused to warm up my Patty first. I usually ask for it warmed up before toasting because it never comes out warm enough it always comes out cold if you just put it in the toaster and this guy refused what I asked for then I asked for a 6 inch breakfast sandwich and that's where is extra toasted because the egg as well always comes out cold and instead of exercising it he just posted it once but twice he had the meanest attitude like he didn't want to be there and he was taking it out on me it's not my fault he doesn't like working there but he shouldn't have made it a horrible experience for me and it's not just this guy all of them have attitudes all the time I go all the time and not once have they ever treated me kindly I'm never going to the...

Very RUDE service!!! More from this girl named Rachel! When my husband & I showed up she gave an attitude & seemed like she didn't wanna deal with us. With a rude attitude she did our order. At the end while we were about to pay she asked us if we wanted chips or soda my husband & I were discussing if we were gonna get them and she raised her voice at us again we told her that we weren't taking the soda or chips. As we were gonna give her the money she yelled quick at us and said we don't accept bills over 20 we asked her how much was the total she rolled her eyes at us and told us & we said oh ok we're going next door to get change & she gave us more of an attitude. We went back and she had our sandwiches in a bag and didn't ask us if we wanted to eat there or to go. On 5-15-25, my coworker and I stopped at your establishment to eat lunch during our workday. We are field technicians and often do not have regular access to restrooms while working. We ordered our food without issue, and the staff initially seemed polite. We spent over $40 and sat down to dine inside the restaurant.

However, when my coworker attempted to use the restroom, he was denied access without any explanation. One staff member asked another if he could use it, and the response was simply, “No,” with no further reasoning provided.
