Absolute terrible customer service. I stopped in yesterday to see what I needed to do to order 2 dozen donuts for my son’s Christmas party today, because I was in charge of snacks. I asked if I needed to place an order then, I was told to put my order in through the mobile app. So I did that evening, that way they knew ahead of time how many I needed. Money was taken out of my account instantly. This morning I’m watching the order tracker, it says my order is complete and ready for pick up. Cool. so excited because I know the first graders are gonna be pumped over Christmas donuts! I get there and tell them my order. 2 minutes later she comes back out and says, “you needed to call 3 hours ahead of time and it’s first come first serve, we don’t have any donuts”. Now I’m upset because I’m gonna have a class of kids with no snack for their party. She proceeds to tell me I’m basically out of luck and they can’t do anything. After I asked MULTIPLE times the night before what I needed to do to ensure there is enough time and resources to fill the order. This place was Terrible! The girl who works there, Leah M., as my receipt reads, knew I ordered a Strawberry Cosmic Coolata & Even said to the boy who made it- this isn’t comsic- still gave it to me- I said “this isn’t cosmic”, her response?? “They’re the same price”. That isn’t the point. There’s not any other Dublin Donuts near me and my children who are 3 & 4 wanted to try it. So I went back, actually tried ordering 2 more- one Pineapple & the other Strawberry. Now she didn’t want to have them to me and had the other kid there hand them off. Guess what?! Only one was cosmic & it wasn’t even the right flavor!!! It was GRAPE!! What is wrong with these people?! Are they so incompetent they can’t make a correct drink not only once but 2xs?! Are they doing it to be spiteful? I don’t know them?! I don’t get it?! What the hell was the point, other than to make my kids upset not once but twice. I will literally never spend money there again. I live 45 min away and wasted all my time and gas just to be...

Went in this morning at 9:30 to get a dozen donuts and some munchkins. They were out of almost everything. This is not an exaggeration. They only had 3 types of donuts and only a few of each type. I didn't see any bagels and they only had 3 muffins. Seeing that they didn't have the product I was in search for I left and went to the Dunkin across from Westmoreland Mall. They had what I needed.

In fairness the rt 119 location I visited first seemed to be short staffed so I can understand being low on product sitting on the shelves. Someone else may have left a lower review but every other time I've been in this store the staff has been friendly and the food was as good as donuts ever are. Today just seemed like a bad day for them. I will say that they seem to run out of stuff rather quickly on normal days but I assume that is because of their location. Until today it hasn't been a problem picking a dozen donuts from the ones they have. Today I don't think they even had a dozen...
