McDonald's — Restaurant in South Greensburg

I can’t understand how McDonalds has 2 drive through lanes and nobody savvy enough to see that I get cut in line when there’s 2 cars everytime I come here. Food is mediocre at best and staff is easily the worst in all the area for food. Please put something worthwhile here and get us better food and service. This place should be shut down.

Update Called and talked to the manager. Literally don’t want food or payback, just want someone to care at all and I get the typical annoyed manager who just goes to the “next time you come” line, until I tell her I don’t want to go there anymore. I really just want to tell someone that cares so they can fix it and maybe save their or someone else’s job and her reaction is to cut me off and rush through corporate mumbo jumbo about it being my decision and it’s just a mistake.

For context, I ordered medium fries and large coke. They gave me cold fries filled so low you couldn’t see them in the box from the front and forgot my coke. Had to ask for the drink and then they gave me diet instead of regular. They actually cannot get fries and a fountain drink correct.

As a 3x a week lunch guy there for years, after I tell you I haven’t been there since August and it’s a day away from May and you’re annoyed with my concern for my food? Rush rush rush. She acts super busy when anyone who has camera access can see there is nobody there to buy anything.

Can’t imagine why they are the slowest McDonalds in the area in the middle of an industrial park and City.

Okie, so as a 4 year old (actually 4 and a half), I wuv food, but McDonald's food is kinda icky. The fries are soooo hard! My wittle gums can’t chew them good. I tried to squish one with my fingers but it just broke apart, and it was so salty, yuck! I don't even wike salty stuff, I just want something soft and squishy like pwease-mashed potatoes or cookies.

And the chicken nuggets? They’re too crunchy! They don't melt like the num-nums mama makes for me. I took a biiiiig bite, but it was sooo dry. I think my throat got stuck, and I coughed a wot. My tummy didn't wike it.

Then they gave me a drink! A big cup with ice? Ice is cold! It made my hands all shivery, and I don’t understand why the drink is so cold. I tried to drink it, but it was too much and it hurt my wittle lips. And the shakes? Eww, too sweet and too cold. My face went all scrunchy and mama just laughed at me. Not funny!

Also, the chair? So hard! It’s like sitting on a rock, no soft squishy blankets or big fluffy pillows. I don’t wanna sit in dat chair, I wanna go home and be comfy on my wittle mat!

The toy was soooo small too. I tried to grab it, but my tiny hands couldn't even hold it right! It fell on the floor and I got mad but mommy didn’t even give me another one.

So yeah, McDonald's? No thanks. I’ll stick to mushy foods and milk. McDonald's food not good for little...

Went last night in the evening around 10. Placed a mobile order on the app, went to my curbside spot and an employee came out about about 5 minutes later to tell me all their grills are shut down and their system is closed for the night because of their maintenance crew cleaning the kitchen. I asked for the manager. She came out and told me there’s no way they can make my food that I already paid for in the app because they decided to close earlier than their normal time because of cleaning. But they still had their orders coming through online, there was 3 other cars as well trying to get their food. I asked for a refund she said there’s no way to do that because their systems are shut down and told me to come in at 4am the next day for a refund. She had an attitude about the whole time she was at my car and ended up calling her supervisor and walking away talking poorly about us to her. Terrible service and needs new management that actually runs their store the correct way. If they would have turned off their online ordering when they were closing early, this wouldn’t...
