I have never had a experience quite like I did this morning around 11-11:30. They were extremely busy I waited probably a total of 45 minutes from pulling into lane to order then food finally. Problem I have was after all the time waiting I finally got to window for my food and they pull me and 2 others over to wait for hash browns. No problem. Then the problem arose. I waited and the first two got their food. Then a forth car was pulled up. I’m still waiting. Cars were leaving that were way behind me. Finally they brought my food or so I thought but it wasn’t mine. I ask where my food was (now the girl said oh they are waiting on hash browns and In the bag in her hand was hash browns. ) I said I been waiting and where’s my food. She took the bag to the forth car that was parked telling me they were before me. I said no I’ve been waiting before them I had opened my back window so I could ask her when would they be bring my food that this is crazy everyone else was getting food except me. Then a man came out and met her she stopped and must have told him what I said and I wasn’t happy. He came by my car window stuck the food out and with a attitude said here’s your food no sorry or anything. I took my food from his hand and he said don’t snatch that bag from me. I just started to back up he said I’m calling the cops I told him to go ahead he said I am I said go ahead he took a picture of my plates and I pulled out and left I have never seen anything like it. So unprofessional and he had a shirt like he might of been a assistant manager maybe. But to me he should of been fired for treating a customer like that. I will never go to this establishment again. It was terrible. If it hadn’t been for trying to get my mom some food cuz she had surgery and can’t get out. I would of never waited 45 minutes for food ever. This place is so disrespectful....
Read moreWe had a bad experience here. My family and I ordered on the McDonald's app while driving to try and speed things along once we got there. My family was not a fan of that idea because they were sure something was going to go wrong. I told them I'd used it many times and it would be fine.
When we got there, there was a decent line so I decided to just park in one of the curbside spots and wait rather than deal with the line. I made note of the car we would have been behind and parked. It turned out the dining room was closed anyway so I felt like this was a good choice.
Well, as expected, I started getting complaints quickly. I assured everyone the line wasn't any faster and, besides, the car we would have been behind hadn't gotten through yet either.
Well, you guessed it, that car got through but we were still waiting and waiting and waiting. It took nearly 35 minutes for our food to come out. We had had a long day, it was after 9 and I had some very hangry people I was locked in a minivan with. I was seriously afraid for my personal safety.
Finally the food came out and we started handing it out. Wouldn't you know, we were missing my food. So all of that and I didn't even get my sandwich. I wasn't about to tempt fate and the wrath of my family waiting in line AGAIN to get it corrected so I grumbled and...

I ordered through the app. I went through the drive-thru and got an iced coffee. When I order it through the app I order it with no milk and no ice because the ice Waters down the flavor. I've had about four of my coffee's handed out the window with ice in it after I put no ice in the app. I didn't say anything. This time I said something. The guy at the window was awesome he's always showing excellent customer service. However the older lady in the back with the long grayish hair and glasses she rolled her eyes and said oh my God that she had to remake mine. Well don't put ice in it whenever the screen clearly shows that it says no ice. Is it the biggest deal in the world know it's not but you know what her nasty Behavior I can only imagine what she puts her co-workers through. The next time I go and she gives me a hard time, we're going to have loud words in front of everybody. She's not going to treat me like that again I promise!
