Hardee's — Restaurant in South Hill

Disgusting!🤢 Zero star rating!! This Hardee’s has gone downhill. I used to love the hand breaded fried chicken sandwich. It WAS tasty, crispy and well seasoned on a soft bun with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. Today, I ordered the same and got a tasteless, microwaved piece of rubbery chicken on a bun with mayo and 1 pickle. It was disgusting. I could not believe this piece of garbage was nearly $7.00. After I got home and saw the sandwich, I called to ask why my sandwich did not have lettuce and tomatoes and was told I had to pay $2.00 if I wanted to add it. The picture on the menu has lettuce and tomatoes so why charge the $2.00. I never paid extra before. Hardee’s in South Hill, VA SUCKS!...

Been going to this Hardees for quite awhile and service plus food quality has really declined. My husband USED to love their Sweet Tea but it has changed to Not So Sweet Tea. Apparently a customer complained that it was too sweet. Rather than suggesting they mix the sweet with the unsweet they decided to create a new version. When we asked about the change was told of the complaint .....did no good for us to complain. Also had one of the new sliders during "the Happy Hour" and it was terrible. Tasted like it was a left over from early lunch time so definitely would not recommend that either. The staff only seems to be aware of much of anything when the morning...

This Hardee’s location used to be great. It was a tradition to stop by after traveling and get fresh food. This is no longer the case. I went there today and received sub par service from a Caribbean woman who I assume was the manager. I watched her interact with other customers and when it was time to place my order she was rude. I was very polite to her so her weird rude energy was not warranted. On top of that, the food was disgusting. The biscuit was hard cold and burnt. She didn’t pack any condiments even though she offered it to other customers. Stay away from this Hardee’s location and go somewhere where your food will be fresh and customer...
