All the years I’ve spent traveling back and forth across various states I have NEVER come across a McDonalds this nasty. I made a beeline to the ladies room the second I walked in. The smell... omg!! It wasn’t a ‘someone had an upset stomach’ smell, it was this disgusting, putrid something died in here a year ago kind of smell. It was so bad that I tried holding my breath and was still dry heaving horribly. I stepped out of the restroom, sucked in a deep breath (and realized it was pretty nasty smelling out here too, just to a slightly lesser degree), unbuttoned my jeans, grabbed my nose and zipper and ran back in. I did manage to huddle , wash and run before I ran out of breath Thank goodness. I let an employee know it was pretty gross and she just stared at me. Other patrons were commenting on the smell too. My fiancé and friends said the staff was horribly rude. Needless to say, between the aroma of this place, the staff & the flies everywhere we bailed fairly quickly. Save yourself the ordeal and pick another place to stop in...

Taking the orders, preparing them, packaging them, taking payments...everything. Having worked in fast food before, I know how difficult a feat it would be to run an entire restaurant alone.
I imagine most people in this situation would either quit or succumb to a bad attitutde, but not this man. He dilligently worked through every single order in a long line of cars on a snowy Friday night. He did it with a big smile and an attitude that was both friendly and professional despite clearly being overwhelmed and asked to do more than anyone should ever have to do by themselves. I don't know what circunstances led to this guy being in this situation, but the way he handled it was one of most classy and commendable things I've seen a long time. If he is not the manager,...
Read moreWe ordered two milkshakes at the kiosk. As we're waiting for our order I hear the server tell another customer that they aren't serving shakes and offer him a cup for soda instead. He didn't speak English very well and was confused. He got mad and walked out, without the shake and without a refund.
So then they tell me they aren't serving shakes. Okay, give me a refund. Server goes to get the manager.
Manager comes out and argues for a minute. I hold my ground, if you don't give me the shakes then you have to give me a refund.
Manager then relents and decides it's better to serve the shakes. Machine was not down, they just didn't want to make the shakes.
I'm a bit furious that they expected me to just say okay and pay them for their laziness. No way was I paying for a product they were refusing to serve.
I don't know how many people they are fleecing that way but more people need to...
