I had gone into the South Hutch McDonald's and placed an order to the drive-thru I did not see what was in the bag until I got home and I realized I went home with someone else's meal. I kindly called McDonald's and explained that I got someone else's meal and someone probably got mine and they said that the next time that I came through to come in and they would replace it for me. So I did when I got my replacement meal it was made wrong and the fries were cold .so I kindly walked back in to Hopefully get them fixed. The general manager Patrick told me that he did not have to replace my meal because I didn't have the receipt from the two days prior. At this point there's about eight people behind me and he is at the top of his lungs telling me that he does not have to fix my order if he doesn't want to because I do not have a receipt and that I should have brought my mail back the same day. Is the worst experience I've had at McDonald's and that gentleman is a general manager and he yelled at me with about eight people standing behind me over a $1.50 hamburger and a small fry then he asked me do you want your food replaced or not I said no and I left I went to the Kwik Shop next door and had the young lady go back over and purchase me another hamburger and fry because I was too humiliated to walk back over there and order my food in front of him he talked to me like I was a dog like I was begging for free food or like I didn't have the money to pay for my food the store was filthy and they always always get my orders wrong and I never say anything I do not recommend this place and Elaine's should really have a talk with Patrick because that's the example he is sitting for his employees and I told him to please stop yelling at me that he was humiliating me and he smiled about it and kept doing so I try to make a report to the lanes the people who own it anyone passing through South Hutchinson Kansas and what McDonald's keep in mind there's a better one about 4 miles up the road in Hutchinson. I have never been so humiliated in my life Abraham to speak to a woman that way in front of all those people and children in his crew is disgusting come on McDonald's we got to do better people spend a lot...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This McDonald's is consistently poor....ALWAYS!.... employees constantly yelling which can be heard all through the restaurant. Chick in the pink hoodie sweeping the floor underneath the table where we were sitting to the point we had to move our feet like we were in her way. No ice tea and no response to our request for more. So I ordered a hot fudge sundae and two pies when we were done and that's really what startedmy complaint. Same girl in the pink hoodie was making a smoothie and then made the comment that she had given it to the girl for free and was mad bevause she had taken it and left. Finally got my sundae and the girl with the smoothie came back so pink hoodie girl was standing there talking to her complaining about how busy she had been. I finally had to ask her to get my pies instead of talking and she grabbed them put them in a sack and threw the sack at me. The manager was outside dealing with the car in the drive thru who had gotten a wrong order and was MAD. I said if you are the manager you should talk to the girl in the pink hoodie and she replied "why? Did she have a bad attitude?" Probably need to check into this place I wouldn't blame the manager because it was obvious that the yelling going on was trying to get the lazy...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for McDonald’s Manager (the gentleman in the blue shirt):
As a female truck driver, I go through a lot on the road — long hours, unpredictable stops, and not always the warmest welcomes. But tonight, at this McDonald’s opposite love at south Hutchinson Love’s, I was truly moved.
The manager in the blue shirt went above and beyond. He showed genuine respect, kindness, and humanity — he said, “We respect you guys. We honor you. You can have a seat and eat; don’t worry if the indoor section is closed.” That simple act of care meant so much.
I was overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you for seeing us — the drivers who keep things moving — and for treating us with dignity. This kind of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized.
If I could, I’d personally recommend a raise for this manager and his entire team. They were kind, patient, and understanding, especially late at night when options are few for us truckers.
From now on, this will always be my favorite McDonald’s stop. Thank you again — from the bottom of my heart. 🙏 God...
