Arby's — Restaurant in South Jordan

Horrible service tonight at the drive thru. Once I placed my order I waited for about 10 minutes to get my food and there was only one car in front of me. Once I had finally received my food, I pulled forward to check the order and found that I did not receive any sauce. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks. No bronco berry sauce for the jalapeño poppers. No Arby’s sauce. No horsey sauce. Unfortunately the lobby was closed and so I had to go back through the drive thru line to get my sauces. I told the employee over the speaker that I didn’t not receive sauce and then was forced to wait for an additional 10 minutes just to get the damn sauce. At that point I was completely stuck in the drive thru and couldn’t just drive away without the sauce. When I finally made it up to the window and got the sauce, I expressed my frustration to the employee and this was his response “Oh yeah! It really sucks that there’s not a second drive thru line like they have at McDonalds so that I could run out the stuff that we forget and then people could drive out of the line”. I was like “ummm are you serious right now?!?”. There was no apology and no owning of the mistake and long wait times. All the employee did was complain about how there was no second drive thru line and then blamed the Arby’s corporation for not accommodating customers better to account for his mistakes. Seriously dude, YOU were the one who forgot my sauces. Maybe you should just get people’s orders right and then there would be no need for a second drive thru line. Just a...

Won't be going back, months ago we got home and instead of the roast beef sandwiches we instead got beef and cheddars that were so nasty that most of our group couldn't even choke them down. We had confirmed the order with them several times because when we first ordered they stated back to us beef and cheddar so we corrected and confirmed with them several times. Last week we decided to give them another try, our order of 4 sandwiches was said back to us correctly but when we got part of the way home we realized that they had shorted us 1 sandwich and when we checked the sandwich's closer discovered that 1 of them again was a beef and cheddar instead of roast beef, I don't know what it is with this location and beef and cheddars but it's a bit ridiculous. We drove back and went in, they fixed it but it took a really long time and they threw away the old bags that had the sauces in them so we didn't get sauces. The roast beef on mine was so dry that it was practically jerkey and someone else (I went to a separate location from the rest of the group) said that the meat on theirs was too raw to eat. Especially for the cost compared to other fast food places the quality and service are very disappointing and I don't think we will be giving them...

I work in fast food I know how it works It’s my day off I decided to order on doordash I can ramble but I’d rather not If I’m working like you guys are it’s crazy how you’ll give me half of what I ordered What really got me was my large fries were not large but were a medium in a large container & it seemed like the test fries, the ones where you discard it after checking if the oil temp is right, I know I’ve worked in fast food It was ROCK hard and wasn’t filled to the top so that’s how I know - I can survive off fries so that’s what really got me The new big cheesy bacon burger was lukewarm and the cheese were slapped on w no care you guys really gave me a chicken slider that seemed like it was made the night before and y’all just reheated it up bc ain’t no way, the bread and the chicken ROCK SOLID there’s pictures The least yall could do is give me sauces like I’ve requested so I can carry on my day making money so I don’t have to eat dry bland and old food The sauces would’ve made it better to scarf down!
