Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in South Jordan

Bought a hot latte at the B&B near Costco also in South Jordan (I stopped there since I needed to put gas in my car) they gave me the wrong drink so I stoped at this store near smith’s. Asked if they could fix the drink I had my receipt but the gal said NO that I had to go back to the store that made it because this would mess up their numbers 🤦🏽‍♀️. Yes it will mess with their numbers since now I won’t buy my coffee there (about $6.00 per drink per day), minimum of $1,200.00 a year all over a drink that costs them less tha .70€ to make.

This makes absolutely no sense, it’s the same company. I’d hate to have an airline loose my bag and they tell me I have to go back to the city I flew out of to...

I am an area manager for Cricket and I had to have a sales associate cover my shift because I was sick. I called beans n brews to have them make a coffee for her to say thank you. Carlos answered my call and I explained to him what was going on & asked if I could pay over the phone and she could grab it. Well not only did he offer to do this he offered to deliver it to her personally and take care of it! Being in the customer service business myself I know things can get hectic and crazy and for him to offer that is beyond exceptional! Thank you so much Carlos I definitely will be paying it forward! I’m a regular customer at this location and was really excited to find out there was a beans and brews close to me. However, they never seem to get my chai latte right. This is the 7th time in 2 months where they’ve gotten it wrong. When I can taste the chai, it’s not blended correctly. I’m extremely disappointed in this location. My husband brought me a coffee for Mother’s Day today and of course, there’s no chai in it and they don’t give receipts you have to specifically ask for one. Way to ruin my coffee on Mother’s Day beans and brews. I’ll have to start going...
