I've been very disappointed with the service lately at this location. I work close and between me and my co-workers we frequent this location 1-2 times a week, if not more. Without fail, our orders are constantly wrong whether we order without a certain flavor and that flavor is added or order a water sparkling and it's not or we get a completely wrong drink. We've reverted to not customizing any drink just to make sure we get a correct drink. Again today, we had issues. I ordered a Sparkling Mango Breeze and at the window was handed a Sparkling Strawberry Breeze. Handed it back to get the correct drink, received quite a lot of attitude from the employee, and then finally was handed a Mango Breeze. Got to work before I tried it and realized that it isn't Sparkling. Most of the employees have been super nice and it seems like the orders are getting put in correct (because we've double check since so many drinks have come out wrong) but somehow it all falls apart in the drink...
Read moreBad customer service. Closing the lobby is one thing but refusing service to people with no cars is discriminatory. While I was waiting for my curbside order, I saw at least 30 teenagers (at different times) walk there and walk away after being denied service. Then I remembered the same thing happened to my daughter and her friends during a field trip. They didn’t even want a table, they just wanted to buy their drinks and leave but they weren’t allowed to. They tried to explain they were underage and couldn’t drive yet. Then they were asked to download the app, place an order, and do all of this outside. They had cash so it wasn’t possible for them to place an online order. Why is it so hard to place an order for someone? Young people are the ones that made you successful and now you’re refusing service to them. Not every teenager has a car or a debit card. Please consider...
Read moreProbably the last time I’ll visit Swig. The line was long, which I understand is up to me to determine if I'll wait in it or not. The problem came when halfway through the line, we stopped for 20 minutes without moving. I couldn't get my car out (sandwiched between two cars), and there wasn't an employee to be seen. Finally an employee poked her head out the back door and then 5 minutes later came out to take orders. Once she came out, we started moving again. I asked her nicely what happened that caused the delay, and she said that nobody came out to check on where the last car was so they didn't know how long the line was. Again, the line was long, but what normally would have taken 15-20 minutes took us 45. Seriously...not an exaggeration. Forty-five minutes. No soda is worth that, and I wish I would have just driven the 2 minutes to...
