I purchased a $95 bracelet set. They had magnetic clasps and the first time I wore them, they simply fell off because it wasn't a strong enough clasp. Luckily I saw and found them. Then I wore them again to lunch and I got home and noticed both were missing. I contacted customer service about it and not only did they not take responsibility but they told me it's my fault and there's nothing they can do. I purchased a $215 necklace online and when I received it the quality was awful, not even worth $20. Charms were placed backwards so they would not lie correctly. Also some of the charms appeared to have been tarnished. I went into the store to ask for a refund, but they refused and said they could only do store credit. I explained that I don’t trust the quality of their jewelry and there’s nothing I would want, but they still refused to refund the purchase.
