I purchased a $95 bracelet set. They had magnetic clasps and the first time I wore them, they simply fell off because it wasn't a strong enough clasp. Luckily I saw and found them. Then I wore them again to lunch and I got home and noticed both were missing. I contacted customer service about it and not only did they not take responsibility but they told me it's my fault and there's nothing they can do.
