Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in South Miami

Even though they are a franchise and I‘m not a die-hard bagel fan, I have to admit that Einstein & Bros 🤓🥯know how to brunch you with fresh bagels for anyone's taste. From multi-seed, asiago, 4 cheese, cinnamon, and one of my favorite 🍞 french toast, their variety is a staple of quality and expertise. You need to go all in ♥️♠️♦️♣️by ordering their Signature egg sandwiches, like their MapleHouse 🍁 Cage Free Egg Sandwich, with pork 🐷sausage, bacon, cheddar 🧀cheese, Honey 🍯Almond Cream Cheese Shmear, and syrup on a fresh-baked Maple French 🇫🇷Toast Gourmet Bagel, if that mix doesn‘t convince you, then enjoy the Garden 💐🥑Avocado option where the spinach, and roasted 🍅tomato, add up to deliver a fresh and more healthy ⚕️option. If you are up for a more edgy and risky taste then shoot for the All-Nighter Egg Sandwich that lives up to its epic breakfast 🍳 tag. The American Cheese melts on a freshly baked Cheesy Hash 🥔Brown Bagel, painted with smoky chipotle aioli. The only really worthwhile side is their Twice Baked Hash Brown and or their Blueberry🥮 Muffin. Don‘t even try the Cinnamon Bites, it is just swirls of sticky tasteless wheat😖, this is one of the only reasons I gave a 4-star rating instead of 5. There‘s no bagel brunch without its hot or cold coffee☕️, sip on a classic cappuccino, or go dark deep with a standard Americano. This location is pretty busy during the weekends, and the ladies here really try to keep up, but the place could use a better 🧹cleaning to make you want to enjoy bagel brunch...

Today I was very badly treated (September 7 at about 1:30 pm ) by two employees at the Einstein bagels located at 5946 S Dixie Hwy, South Miami, FL 33143.

After we ordered we noticed the two available tables were extremely dirty. My wife asked if they could be cleaned. The lady behind the counter responded that we had to wait in not a nice way. Ok I figured she was having a bad day. After she cleans one table we sit down. I ask my wife (not her ) if the food was ready and she goes off on me in Spanish yelling that the orders take time etc. yelling and waving her arms in a very angry manner. I tell her that I was not speaking to her and to leave me alone. She continues berating me and goes back to the cashier continuing to berate me for having the gall to inquire about met order. I tell again I’m not speaking to her at this point the other employee gets involved. I yell back at her and then they tell they are calling the police. On a retired corporate executive who does not even have a traffic ticket on his record? These employees chose to berate me and then threaten me with the police? I never even stood up from my chair so not sure why they felt the police was needed other than to intimate me.

I don't like to complain about workers because i know companies are not giving the right training, not only on the items of the menu, but basically on how to treat your patrons, nevertheless i really found it disturbing that i decided to have breakfast at your location and i felt i wasn't welcomed. I requested a nova lox bagel with eggs. The lady at the cash register said they didnt have it in the menu and was going to add extra eggs on the side. Maybe you changed the menu, cause i used to have that. Then i saw a picture saying chocolate cooler. I asked what was in it and the response was : it's a cooler mix. I asked again what's in the cooler mix? She said again "cooler mix". And added she didn't know much because she hadn't have it. A gentleman ( I assume the floor manager) told me it had coffe and then she replied " i told him that" She hardly made eye contact with me, didn't ask if i had the app for your usual point/discount program, and charged for a lox bagel with eggs and a chocolate coffee almost $18.
