Pure Organics Cafe — Restaurant in South Miami

Terrible terrible terrible. I don’t blame the ladies working behind the counter as clearly there was an incredible lack of training. Order a cappuccino and received 12oz of warm oat milk. Tried to tell us they had put two shots in there. Ma’am maybe, at best, two shots of warm watered down regular coffee in 12oz of oat milk. Then put in the wrong order for our toast we ordered. Instead a bagel came out. They said we should have been reviewing the order as they put it in on a screen we had no idea we should be looking at. Please whoever owns this place, train your staff. Or, better yet, people just don’t go here.

In response to the owners update: refund only provided for sandwich we sent back after we had given up and too much time had been wasted. Not offered for anything else. Even took time to explain to the ladies behind the counter how a cappuccino should be made using the espresso machine after they “added an extra shot” from a larger stainless steel cup of coffee. They tried their best to pull a shot but it ran straight through the grinds and came out light brown. We threw in the towel because at least our oat milk had a hint of coffee flavor. Also, when the ladies behind the counter called “the manager” to ask about issuing a refund for the sandwich there didn’t seem to be much in the way of taking care of the customer. The ladies explained the cappuccino issue but nothing offered there. I could go on, but...

I went to this place because someone recommended it to me telling me it’s really good and has an amazing vibe once I got there I realized it was extremely un professional with a child running around the store and into the kitchen no less then 2 or 3 years old un supervised. The manager and yoga instructor gave me a fake and intimidating energy once I saw how they treated there workers by telling them they are not trained enough and don’t know how to work properly I was able to notice that the managers would get extremely frustrated with the employees when In reality the lack of training comes from the management of the establishment. As I stated in the beginning the energy of the establishment wasn’t the best because as I was enjoying my bowl and green drink I hear the manager (“the chef”) yell across the restaurant to the other worker about how she’s doing something wrong with placing a cup on a plate. It’s a shame because the place seems beautiful and welcoming, but the environment felt very tense and upsetting with what I was able to notice in my visit hopefully the next time I decided to stop by there will be better management that actually know how to take care of a...

Everything here is made from scratch, so definitely be prepared to wait if you order anything that doesn’t come out of their display case. The mushroom soup was thin, but so delicious. The kale caesar salad was the last thing to come out even though none of it needed to be cooked or heated. The GF waffle was average and was missing the coconut cream it was supposed to be served with. I think they maybe had a large to-go order because they were boxing up a bunch of stuff, but we sat for forty five minutes waiting...
