Wendy's — Restaurant in South Miami

So I ordered online a bacon and egg sandwich and instead what I got was a cheeseburger. So I parked my car got out went in told the guy and he said there’s the egg and I said where and he pointed to the cheese and I said where’s the egg and he said oh that’s cheese and I said yes that’s cheese. That’s why I came in here because there’s no egg. So then instead of giving me a breakfast egg sandwich that I wanted, he literally gave me a little slab of egg that’s right he literally gave me a little slab of egg. I guess to put in the sandwich myself. This on top of the fact that he gave me the coffee without any cream or sugar as usual I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a sandwich correct in an order I’ve learned never to drive away from a drive-in window again without checking the order down to the last detail I don’t care how long it takes the work ethic and incompetence of this guy here at Wendy’s is...

I love Wendy's, but there's something to be said about their breakfast... I picked up breakfast this morning from the Bird Road and 68 location. I had high expectations because Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. Sadly, I was disappointed. First. it looks like the crew is still getting used to the morning routine - or something. The service was veeeery slow, even though my car was the only one in the drive thru and the dinning room was empty. I must day I do not recommend what they call a "croissant." It's a long shot from the real thing. Don't expect any flakiness; it's just a regular piece of soft bread, pressed. My breakfast sandwich was greasy, cold, and it tasted sugary. I am assuming they put some type of syrup in there... Not at all what I was going for. As for their coffee, I've had worse. Sorry Wendy's, but your breakfast needs...

I just went to Wendy’s. I am taking it personal and post this review. Since is ridiculous the service provided by this particular employee. He is white male with bear and glasses as cashier. I normally order one for me and my coworkers. Even though I saw him unbothered and not even asking just plugging number with bad attitude. I remain kind and just told him the other I wanted. He on purpose switch the order. I realized when I got back to work because I was rushing since is only 49 minutes break. The number 6, he switch up not to be griddled when I order that way and for the 4x4 I advise chicken for both and he put hamburger meet with pickles. I am allergic to pickles. I was on time clock since I went on break time. My co workers ate completely different orders and myself I had to throw the food since I am...
