I stopped by Ajá Food Truck late in the evening, and even though they were getting ready to close, Juan and Johelys went out of their way to take care of me. They whipped up some of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and made with obvious care.

The food was great but there's a lack of paying attention. I ordered 6 meals, so I had a big order. I trust them I was getting what I ordered nespecially there was no one there at the time. I order 3 chalchipapa but I plain (I have picky kids that some do not like any sauces). I receive all of them with the sauces on top & my picky child refuse to eat. The food is fine, but what I did not like is that they charged me an additional tax of 8 percent which seems strange to me, check your bill when you pay, I think this is illegal as far as I know it is only 7% on sales, can you imagine all the money they are making with that additional 8% they charge, also when I asked for the receipt they denied it and they did not give me the manager's number either.
