Azteca Taco Truck 2 — Restaurant in South Milwaukee

Great taco truck on the south side. Their prices are super cheap and they make great quality tacos. Wife loves their cochinita and chorizo tacos. I always get their tripas which are to die for... and a MUST get if you like intestines as it has a crunchy outside yet super soft inside texture. Their lengua is also great and their pickled veggies that come with their tacos are SUPERB. We come here everytime we are down in this area. No pictures to post because we always eat it the second we get it and always forget to snap fotos, that's how good they are. Can't wait until they start selling their chimichangas. I ate at the restaurant once about 15 years ago, it wasn't that good. Then today, on a whim, I decided to try their taco truck, and it was a poor decision on my part. The refried beans were thin and soupy, and the rice was bland. The steak tacos were lacking flavor and not that good, and one of my tacos had this long stringy piece of meat, that was about as long as the tortilla, and was not edible as it was mostly connective...

Why would you get tacos any place else?! Vegitarian tostada is so good!!! Steak tacos-fire! Azteca is so delicious, affordable, and consistently delicious!
