I came to this location on June 28, 2025 because I was in the area and I was hungry. I told the cashier that I wanted a charburger meal, an ahi tuna sandwich, and a garden salad. I trusted that the information entered for my order was the same so, I did not double check my receipt.
Later, when I looked at the receipt, I realized that I was charged for an ahi tuna meal and the other items were charged separately. I am sure that I ended up paying more.
Once I got home and was able to eat, I noticed that the salad was already dying so I did not eat it. It was a long drive to take it back so I waited until the next day.
The next day, I took it back and encountered a supervisor/manager named Juan. When I told him about the salad, he did not seem concerned, say I am sorry about the inconvenience, or anything. He just told me that it would be about 5 minutes for another salad. I thought to myself, "Wow!"
When it was ready, he just handed it to me and that was it. Since I have a customer service background, that just did not sit right with me.

My order was wrong and the manager, who took my order, seemed incredibly annoyed that I pointed that out (was he expecting me to accept the wrong order?). He seemed determined not to apologize. It's fine, I just wanted the correct order, not an apology. After they brought the corrected order, one of the burgers was cold on the inside. Yup, they actually did a little reheating instead of making a new one, so the burger was somehow both cool on the inside and a little burnt on the outside. So I had to return it again. The manager brought the new burger again, barely able to hide his contempt for me.
Look, I know that working in fast food is tough and stressful. But if you can't even pretend to care about your customers, you're in the wrong line of work.

Read moreVery disappointed with the phone ordering system. First off I order in advance and when I get to the counter they tell me they do not have an order for me. I check my bank account and discover they did charge the transaction but according to the people in the restaurant they cannot do anything about it and to order again. (Very friendly by the way) I order again and tell the cashier that there was a price difference of 5 dollars and she says "there you go you saved 5 dollars". When I get home I once again was disappointed as the order was totally wrong. In conclusion EVERYONE DROPPED THE BALL including myself for not checking my stupid receipt.
