Well the main reason I'm only giving one star is due to the fact that back in January As I opened the first door to get to second door I had fallen so very hard that for one I had to go to the ER as I did get hurt (my head & face smashed right into the medal frame around the glass door, I had a pretty serious concussion not to mention that I also scraped both my knees so badly that it ripped right through my jeans, And even after all this time I still have a pretty good size knot on my forehead. When I fell and hit my face it was so loud that the people inside could hear just how very hard I had smashed my face and that couple came out to help me but yet not one of their employees even bothered to come out in the hall to see what happened nor to see if I was alright and the sad part they saw it happen. Then when I told them that I wanted to see their cameras facing their hallway and they told me that I have to come back in the morning to speak with a manager and the manager said that those particular cameras(hallway) were not working and that there is nothing that they are going to do for me so to be honest I have since hired an attorney who is currently looking into either filing a lawsuit or making an offer with Dunkin Donuts on st. John Street, And I know for a fact that those so called none working cameras were indeed working because when this happened they had two long type carpets in the hallway but since this happened they NO LONGER have those carpets down nor any others. Sorry so long but I just really wanted to make people aware of this Dunkin's. And, I'm currently waiting to hear what there going to say ( whether they want to go to court with my attorney representing me or if they just want to settle because if it goes to court then they'll lose more money by going to court then they would if they would just settle) So I'm only now giving them less than 4 more weeks. Well so my recommendation to Dunkin Donuts on St John Street is far from good, far from great, and I wouldn't recommend that location to anyone also since this happened all their employees but one treat me very rudely as if I' m a burden and not a paying customer so NO is my...
Read moreThis establishment has little to no management. The staff are rude and condescending. I tried to order a flavored coffee and again for the third time this week he told me they were out of the product so I said you guys are always running out of product, and another worker interrupted and said if I didn’t like it, I could go to the Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner. I replied, funny and he said yeah it is. That’s the service you get ? They run out of almost all their product every day by mid morning. I have no idea who’s doing the ordering but they are failing miserably. Quite possibly the slowest drive-through that I’ve ever experienced. You wait forever and when you get up there, there’s employees all talking and hanging out, while doing NOTHING! I go every single day five days a week to get coffee’s for myself and my co workers and it’s always a disaster. If you look online, previous reviews are no better. Save your money and...
Read moreFirst off, I had to go inside to get my sandwich that I ordered at the drive-thru. It wasn't in the bag but I didn't realize it until I drove away. Stood there for a few minutes while the guy at the register ignored me. Finally got my sandwich from the girl with the brightly colored hair working the drive thru. I heard both employees making fun of me for wearing my sunglasses inside as I was walking away with my sandwich. Newsflash - they are prescription sunglasses and I can barely see without them - that's why I didn't take them off. I didn't think to switch to my regular glasses before running inside. I may be half-blind, but I'm not deaf. Very poor customer service, I'm beyond disappointed. I didn't come to Dunkin Donuts to be passive-aggressively bullied. They could have at least waited until I was out of earshot to...
